Sophia's Restaurant In Milano

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by the staff in a professional and very polite and kind manner. The restaurant is top, furnished in a careful and elegant way, exceptional chef, well-prepared dishes of excellent quality, excellent staff. The Tokyo spa is fantastic. The room assigned to us was a bit disappointing, small but with very old furniture.

I was there for a conference, so I can't say anything about the rooms For the rest it is a hotel that deserves all the stars it has, comfortable and well air-conditioned conference room, excellent staff service, at very high levels, always present and discreet. The conference room is large and well organised, the catering is of an excellent standard. New conference, this time with the Isa room in two for two parallel sessions: excellent subdivision, excellent soundproofing and perfect systems in both rooms. Catering always at the highest level.

Very nice place. Very tasteful decoration and pleasant welcome. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is very well served by public transport. Possibility of using hotel parking at a standard price (we always take covered parking when we come to Italy and the price of the hotel parking did not shock us). Don't miss the breakfast which is well worth the price: The abundance of choice, the service, the setting, that was my attraction of the weekend!

Enjoyed my stay at the enterprise. Staff is extremely accommodating, good breakfast and a espresso. Some amazing local restaurants in walking distance, but overall a little far from the happening part of Milan and a distance to Fiera Milano rho- where my conference was . Rooms small but with good amenities including hair dryer , coffee machine , food and fast internet

The hotel has a unique and aesthetically pleasing interior, blending different styles with some religious influences. A standout feature is the half-outdoor garden in the middle of the building, providing a peaceful space for relaxation. Breakfast offers a lovely variety, with coffee and eggs made to order. The staff is present and well-mannered, and the hotel’s location is convenient, with trams and buses reaching the city center in about 20 minutes. However, there were some disappointments. Despite booking a three-bedroom room, we received a double room where a king-size bed was moved to accommodate a bunk bed. The room was also only equipped with two sets of utilities instead of three. Additionally, although we hadn’t ordered a Prosecco bottle, we found one in our room with a birthday card, giving the impression it was a complimentary gesture—only to be charged for it later. The rooftop spa, priced at £20 per person, includes a jacuzzi, sauna, lounge, and relaxation area—nice for a one-time visit but relatively small. Overall, the hotel left me with mixed feelings. While I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying, I wouldn’t particularly encourage it either.

Ottimo ristorante, ambiente molto accogliente, curato. Personale disponibile e professionale. Ottimo tutto quello che abbiamo assaggiato. Nota di merito per la cotoletta alla milanese. Consigliato!
