Hotel well located near the tram, comfortable rooms and bedding, extraordinary breakfast, very friendly staff.

High quality hotel, Plus service !!. The bed is very comfortable !! I'm better than at home 😉. The breakfast is incredible !! Anyway, you better go there. We are staying at the Team Cupra Barcelona for the Oysho Padel Premier for work and it will be great to rest after long days of work.

Parking is a bit tight for modern cars

Great hotel,I would stay here again if I go back to Milan, yes it's a bit far from the center but the tram runs just outside of the front door, staff are very friendly rooms and the hotel are spotless, there's two elevators, food is good quality and the wifi is very good, I can't find any thing to complain about with this hotel,

Hotel had the wow factor as soon as you opened the door... Well infact as we walked up to it it looked very posh Lots of free foodie treats scattered around which gave it that extra spark Staff very professional and helpful and spoke very good English. Great for the tourists. Room was very clean and air conditioned..Bedding could have done with being a little thicker but I don't know if the bedding was part of the Italian theme they were trying to stick with in the bedrooms The selection for the self serve breakfast was fantastic. There was a chef available aswell though incase you wanted something different that wasn't pre-made. People were asking for omelettes and things. the hot selection however wasn't warm enough. We were starving when we arrived so ate from the bar. We got the pizza, cheese burger and fries it was really delicious. We used the spa for an extra 20 euros each for one day. It was small with not much to do but was still beautiful.. jacuzzi, cold showers, normal shower (double) steam room, beds to lounge on and heated Seating area with free nuts and dried fruits, water/lemon, plain and hot. Hot water for free fruity tea. You could also sit outside on the small balcony with 2 loungers to cool off. I was really relaxed being so high, cooling off from the steam room and watching the world go by below.

An unforgettable stay! The room was beautiful, clean, and all the amenities we needed were there, including tea, a kettle, and a hairdryer. The Wi-Fi is included and efficient. Access to the rooms could have been complicated due to the many corridors, but a staff member guided us upon arrival, resolving this issue. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was absolutely wonderful! We would particularly like to thank and congratulate Jessica and Angelo from the restaurant, who were remarkably kind and efficient. Thank you all for this incredible stay!

The room and especially the bathroom are aging. The spaces themselves are very well decorated. The spa is too small to accommodate six people at the same time; it would be preferable to limit it to four people at the same time slot for the privacy of each couple. Special mention goes to the reception staff, who speak excellent English and are very attentive. Overall, this is a good hotel with a fairly good location, but the rooms and bathrooms could do with a refresh.

I have nothing but good things to say. Fantastic value for money. The room wasn't large but adequate and very comfortable. Clean. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and personal hygiene soap. Wonderful breakfast, with everything you need, including a waitress making eggs/omelets. I would definitely return. We loved it.

So I booked this for my boyfriends birthday originally I booked just the twin room, our flight was delayed by 2 1/2 hours and I left my phone in parents car before the flight so least to say I wasn’t in the best of moods. We arrived at 3am in the morning, the gentleman waiting for us could sense we were stressed so gave us a free upgrade to a nesting room!!! The hotel has its own scent as soon as you walk in the lobby which is incredible which you can also buy as well for €38 to take home which I was obsessed with! You have a tram literally outside or if not you can grab the metro down the road as well which is soo easy to use. We headed down to the Navigili district is better at nighttime and is very very busy, a lot cheaper than the city centre but at the back of the hotel there are a few little pizzerias and stuff which are good as well! LOVED LOVED LOVED THE SPA!!! The spa manager was very helpful and made us feel so welcome for me the best bit was the emotional showers which is something I’ve never had before and was a great evening thing to do before heading for our flight! Staff were amazing, food was amazing, could not recommend this hotel more so, definitely get the Nesting Room!!
