I was there for a birthday, the dishes were refined and very good, the staff was very diligent and thorough in explaining the dishes and the accompanying wines.

A spectacular dinner... Excellent quality, carefully prepared dishes, explained by the waitresses and paired with a different wine for each course. Thanks to sommelier Linda for recommending quality wines and to the chef for the dishes.

A truly memorable experience! The restaurant and staff are incredibly welcoming. The menu includes a pairing of three wines (sparkling, white, red) with three courses (first course, second course, and dessert), which changes every Thursday! Menu and wines: €35 per person. Each time, you have a choice of three different wines, beautifully presented by the knowledgeable, attentive, and caring staff. The dishes are truly exquisite: unique, delicious, and made with excellent ingredients. They're also explained to you step by step. As soon as you sit down, they ask you about any allergies or intolerances, and you're brought a fantastic leavened bread paired with a delicious IGP olive oil. You feel truly at ease. The wines are excellent. No headaches. You eat and drink well, and you won't leave hungry. I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic location. Beautiful restaurant and very friendly service. The price-quality ratio is fantastic. There's a daily menu, with delicious wines to accompany your dishes (three suggestions). Fine dining, highly recommended!

Overall, a good restaurant. A must-visit (fixed menu) with a variety of wines paired with each dish. Certainly a novel offering for a city like Fabriano, which frankly offers little to tourists or simply those seeking a pleasant evening. The dishes were well-prepared, however, and I was partially satisfied with the service... thorough but a bit slow. Overall, a pleasant evening. The price is reasonable for the offerings, although the lack of choice is a bit of a letdown. No consideration, for example, for intolerances or allergies, which I think is fundamental. The location is very beautiful, with bottles everywhere, reminiscent of a wine bar. Room for improvement.

I wouldn't write this review because I want the place to remain as unique and authentic as it is today. I'm doing it to compliment those who make the dining experience unique and special. The dishes, which immediately captivate your eyes, exude a passion for pairings and the pursuit of flavors and textures. The wine selection is thoughtful and thoughtful, aiming to please all palates. We always return with great pleasure!

A journey of taste (and heart) to Enoteca Simona, signed by Chef Mattia! It's the first time I've discovered Fabriano and the first time I've discovered this super chic wine bar/restaurant. If you pass through Fabriano and don't stop at Enoteca Simona, you're missing out on a little treasure hidden among the city's alleys. Here you don't have dinner, you literally have an experience. And you do it with style, taste and a pinch of madness, the kind that only Chef Mattia knows how to bring to the table. The menu is fixed, but nothing is ever the same: every time it changes and surprises you. Four courses conceived as a story, accompanied by wines chosen with love (and true expertise) to enhance every flavor. You don't have to choose anything - you sit down, relax and let yourself be guided. It's liberating. At the end of the evening my friends and I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Mattia, who is not just a chef, he is an artist of the stove who transmits his passion for work to his dishes. And it succeeds, in a big way. The atmosphere? Warm, well-kept, intimate. The staff is smiling, present but never intrusive. You feel pampered, like at home, but with starred restaurant dishes (without the mind-blowing prices, on the contrary...). In short? Enoteca Simona is the place you gladly return to, with a full belly and a light heart. Thanks Mattia – keep cooking like this, you're going strong!
