A journey of taste (and heart) to Enoteca Simona, signed by Chef Mattia! It's the first time I've discovered Fabriano and the first time I've discovered this super chic wine bar/restaurant. If you pass through Fabriano and don't stop at Enoteca Simona, you're missing out on a little treasure hidden among the city's alleys. Here you don't have dinner, you literally have an experience. And you do it with style, taste and a pinch of madness, the kind that only Chef Mattia knows how to bring to the table. The menu is fixed, but nothing is ever the same: every time it changes and surprises you. Four courses conceived as a story, accompanied by wines chosen with love (and true expertise) to enhance every flavor. You don't have to choose anything - you sit down, relax and let yourself be guided. It's liberating. At the end of the evening my friends and I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Mattia, who is not just a chef, he is an artist of the stove who transmits his passion for work to his dishes. And it succeeds, in a big way. The atmosphere? Warm, well-kept, intimate. The staff is smiling, present but never intrusive. You feel pampered, like at home, but with starred restaurant dishes (without the mind-blowing prices, on the contrary...). In short? Enoteca Simona is the place you gladly return to, with a full belly and a light heart. Thanks Mattia – keep cooking like this, you're going strong!

Very successful 'anti-waste' format! 'Surprise' tasting menu, three courses, tasty, seasonal and original, paired with three generous glasses of wine for honest food and wine journeys. The kindness and impeccable service make you feel like you are in your favorite restaurant! Highly recommended!

Molto carino ed originale. 3 portate più un mini dessert scelte dal cuoco, con abbinamento di tre vini diversi. Mi è piaciuto l’antipasto di uovo cotto a basa temperatura ed il secondo cioè la faraona. Il primo, così così. I vini potrebbero essere migliori, pur nella stessa fascia di prezzo, ma quello che non mi è piaciuto e che hanno versato due vini diversi nello stesso bicchiere. Il dessert è buono ma veramente minimalista: un boccone e via. Suggerisco di, visto che c’è spazio per ritoccare in aumento i prezzi, rinforzare un po’ le quantità, migliorare un po’ la qualità dei vini serviti e di cambiare bicchiere ad ogni cambio di vino.
