Excellent experience! The owner is a delightful person, and the lady who served us was equally attentive and friendly. The food was exquisite, the wine was top-quality, and she provided excellent pairing suggestions. A place we'll definitely return to: highly recommended!

The focus is on wine and the wine advice was great! The menu is small and as usual this is a sure reference to great food. Service was sometimes difficult and we sat directly at the loud street but I think they also have tables inside. We would come back.

Our visit here was fantastic. The owner is super nice and recommended a wine for us, which was also fantastic! There's always a daily special for food. I had the sea bass, which was very fresh and delicious! The seating is extremely cozy in a side street! We'd love to come back!

Really nice smaller restaurant! Just the place we were looking for! Great Italian dishes with local ingredients. We had a fantastic white wine also from the region perfectly paired with our fish! The music was fantastic! A good mix of jazz music. Sounded like someone with a good taste and some knowledge had made the playlist! Would say the desserts weren’t the best. The tiramisu was watery and I would say I expected more. But overall, I would recommend anyone to try this place out!

Das Essen war hervorragend . Die Ungastlichkeit sowie völlige Empathielosigkeir des Padrones hat jedoch das Gaumenerlebnis getrübt .Dieser scheint seine begrenzte Freundlichkeit nur Einheimischen gönnen zu wollen. Glücklicherweise konnte die überaus freundliche Kellnerin den Gesamteindruck meliorieren.

08/09/2025: A wonderful discovery, stumbled upon purely by chance. A trattoria serving local and Sicilian dishes, excellent seafood, and excellent wine. The portions are generous, and the staff is attentive and extremely kind. Don't miss their first and second courses, including their seafood appetizers, where you'll also find an excellent caponata. We ordered two portions to take home, it was so good. The place is perfectly lit for a pleasant dinner, with warm lighting and furnishings that make you feel at home. Furthermore, the service is fast and attentive, and the quality/price ratio is truly excellent. We'll definitely be back when we return to Trieste ❤️
