Absolutamente el mejor restaurante en Bormio! El anfitrión era tan paciente y amable y acogedor, una mujer tan encantadora, probablemente el propietario! La comida era muy buena! El sarro con trufa negra, raviolis, tortellini con burrata e incluso solo la ensalada! Toda la comida y el vino era genial, el servicio era como el mejor y ambiente general! Recomiendo como restaurante de visita obligada en Bormio! ¡En realidad estamos regresando el sábado para disfrutar de nuestra última cena de los 5 días de vacaciones en Bormio! ¡Debo reservar con antelación!

Exceptional service, food, ambiance, etc. €10 corkage fee to go down to the cellar/store and speak with sommelier to pick out wine to complement the meal best is well worth the experience and the selection is vast. Wonderful meal- would return!

I have already come here several times, especially with my brother-in-law, a great wine expert. The food is very good, refined without exaggerating, with great research into the organoleptic combination of ingredients, always fresh and genuine. But it is on wines that the place gives its best. Born as a wine shop and then became a restaurant (at least that's how I understood it), it has a very wide variety of choices, with some very particular wines. The owner, Cristina, does her utmost to ensure that the diner is completely at ease, with an eye for detail that is not easily found. My advice is to choose what to eat and then ask her for advice on what wine to pair with it. She is very careful about these combinations, always to maintain the balance of taste necessary to fully enjoy the experience. As for prices, it is certainly not cheap, but absolutely not exaggerated. Indeed, the quality/price ratio is very good, given the refined offer studied down to the smallest detail. I, who normally prefer more down-to-earth places, love eating at Guanella. It won me over. I recommend booking in advance. The location is very quiet and the tables are spaced quite far apart to ensure privacy, so it is not able to receive too many people.

Staff molto cordiale e professionale. Ben organizzata ed ampia scelta per i vini che sono proposti a prezzo di enoteca con piccola aggiunta di qualche euro per lo stappo. Ecco qualche giudizio/critica sulle pietanze orinate : Ottimo il tonno coniglio Appena sufficiente per gli agnolotti Mediocre per tagliata e baccalà Mediocre per i dessert ( pannacotta, bunet , semifreddo ) Vista la premessa ci rimane un pizzico di delusione 🫤
