Enoteca in centro a Bormio super caratteristica e con servizio di accoglienza splendido (offerto bicchieri di prosecco come benvenuto). Camerieri efficiente, tempo di attesa brevi e qualità del cibo molto elevata. Piatti non tipici valtellinesi ma più piemontesi e di una bontà clamorosa. Cantina dei vini a parte, dove ci si reca per scegliere la bottiglia, di enorme spessore. Tutto veramente fantastico

I was last night - August 12th - for the first time in this restaurant in Bormio on the advice of Mr. Franco - the city taxi and I was extremely satisfied. Excellent quality of dishes, very kind and knowledgeable staff. I also returned the next evening. I will definitely come back.

18/08/2024: Normally we don't quickly write a Google review, but for this perfect evening we are happy to do so. The hostess was fantastic, the food was very good and the atmosphere was incredibly good. To return.
17/08/2024: The restaurant enjoys a wonderful location, and you can eat on the large terrace overlooking the Valtellina. Very attentive, precise and punctual service. I expected a little more from the food, which is still very pleasant. The menu has both traditional and extravagant options. Consistent prices, perhaps slightly overestimated for some dishes

18/08/2024: We book attracted by the excellent reviews and find full confirmation of what we have read. The menu is original, refined, valorising local products. The service and hospitality are top notch. To have no doubts about our review, we returned a few days later: we found ourselves (if possible) even better. Congratulations: keep up the good work!
17/08/2024: It doesn't take much to make customers have a pleasant experience, but it also takes a lot of intelligence and professionalism to do it well. The Dal Passero dinner was truly an excellent experience in its entirety. A la carte menu with proposals that are not at all obvious; traditional dishes that present interesting reinterpretations (like their pizzoccheri!) that clearly reveal the "chef's hand", adding that extra something that makes you want to return, right from the start of the service. Attentive and friendly service, all the staff pampered us from start to finish. Well done, we had a great time with you and we will see you again soon!
