The Enoteca Guanella in Bormio was a splendid discovery. Impeccable service, refined and particular cuisine, with truly delicious and delicious dishes. The aperitif offered upon arrival and the quick service were greatly appreciated. The bread was really excellent! The only less exciting note was the dessert, which compared to the rest of the meal was not surprising. Overall, though, an excellent experience that I absolutely recommend

Absolutely fantastic dining experience,the owner is very knowledgeable about wines and her husband is an excellent chef.
Make sure you book your table as soon you plan your trip in Bormio.

Very nice atmosphere in a very old building in the middle of Italian wines. It has a considerable size menu with some variations on local tastes. We loved the food.

Absolutamente el mejor restaurante en Bormio! El anfitrión era tan paciente y amable y acogedor, una mujer tan encantadora, probablemente el propietario! La comida era muy buena! El sarro con trufa negra, raviolis, tortellini con burrata e incluso solo la ensalada! Toda la comida y el vino era genial, el servicio era como el mejor y ambiente general! Recomiendo como restaurante de visita obligada en Bormio! ¡En realidad estamos regresando el sábado para disfrutar de nuestra última cena de los 5 días de vacaciones en Bormio! ¡Debo reservar con antelación!

Staff molto cordiale e professionale. Ben organizzata ed ampia scelta per i vini che sono proposti a prezzo di enoteca con piccola aggiunta di qualche euro per lo stappo.
Ecco qualche giudizio/critica sulle pietanze orinate :
Ottimo il tonno coniglio
Appena sufficiente per gli agnolotti
Mediocre per tagliata e baccalà
Mediocre per i dessert ( pannacotta, bunet , semifreddo )
Vista la premessa ci rimane un pizzico di delusione 🫤
