A beautiful place in the heart of Bormio. Great selection of food and wine, honest service and excellent customer care. I visited Enoteca Guanella with friends and overall had a great experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere charming and the staff very attentive. There was a small error on the bill that I didn't notice until the next day when I was elsewhere. I contacted the restaurant and they handled the situation in a completely professional manner - they responded quickly, apologized and refunded the amount claimed. You rarely see such honesty and customer care. I really appreciate their fair approach and clear communication. Next time I'm in Bormio, I will definitely be back - and I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great atmosphere, quality food and sincere service.

Excellent food! We spontaneously got a table for two at 7:30 p.m. A large selection of very high-quality wines – the wine recommendation to accompany the meal was excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant – definitely recommended!

I have been to this little delight of wines, combinations for my birthday, truly a beautiful surprise wauuu!!! The professionalism and welcome of Alex, great somilier, owner. He takes you on the journey of every single bottle of grapes🍇 and passage with a passion that becomes poetry... in addition to combining various tastings of finger food created with raw materials and lots of imagination, what can I say? In un territorio dove nei ristoranti trovi quasi esclusivamente piatti locali, qui le proposte spaziano tra pianti quali gourmet e piatti regionali rivisitati. Ottimo il servizio, ottima la scelta di vini. Conto non economico ma adeguato alla proposta.

L’Enoteca Guanella di Bormio è stata una splendida scoperta. Servizio impeccabile, cucina ricercata e particolare, con piatti davvero fantastici. Apprezzato molto l’aperitivo offerto all’arrivo e il servizio rapido. Il pane, poi, davvero ottimo! L’unica nota meno entusiasmante è stato il dessert, che rispetto al resto del pasto non ha stupito. Nel complesso, però, un’esperienza eccellente che consiglio assolutamente!
