Spettacolo tra vino, salumi e formaggi. Ma il tagliere “Burry”: Burrata e Lardo??? Lo sto ancora sognando. Cortesia e professionalità, mai scontate e da me sempre apprezzate.

An absolute insider tip in Soave! The Enoteca del Soave offers everything you could want for a perfect evening in Italy. The service is incredibly warm and attentive - you feel welcome from the first second. The advice on the wines was great: every recommendation was a hit, and the wines from our own winery Cantina del Castello are simply outstanding in their quality. But the food was also a real highlight! The menu may be small, but fresh, local products, perfectly prepared and presented in a modern way are convincing across the board. The taglieri in particular are a must - with raw ham, salami, coppa, lardo and various types of cheese - from mild to spicy and all from the region. Here you can still feel the real Italy: take your time, enjoy, taste excellent wines and simply live life to the fullest. If you are looking for the dolce vita, you have come to the right place. We will definitely be back and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to experience authentic Italian hospitality!

This charming enoteca offers a delightful selection of local Soave wines, with the Cantina del Castello winery conveniently located just behind. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, with a genuine small-town feel. I'm not a wine connoisseur, but even I could appreciate the exceptional quality of the DOC wines they offer. At only €3 a glass, it's a steal! I opted for the first wine on the menu and was blown away by its refreshing taste. It's the perfect accompaniment to a relaxing aperitivo. We were so impressed by our first visit to this enoteca that we returned just two days later during the Festa dell'Uova Soave. This time, we decided to try their special wine tasting, which featured three glasses of different Soave wines from Cantina del Castello for only €10. Even though we had already enjoyed a couple of glasses in Verona, the quality of the wines here was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't experience any hangover the following days, which is a testament to the high quality of the grapes and the winemaking process. If you're a wine lover visiting the area, this enoteca is a must-visit. The friendly staff, delicious wines, and charming atmosphere make it a truly memorable experience.

We stopped for a quick aperitif at a table outside the restaurant and adjacent to the road on a veranda covered in sunlight. The boy was able to immediately recommend a glass for my tastes and some biscuits to accompany it, since the classic chips and savory things would have been out of place for a recioto. Professional staff, ok quality/price and nice outdoor verandas with pots of plants and aromatic herbs.
