We dined at the Embassy both in the summer, dining in the outdoor garden, and in the winter, dining indoors. The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend making a reservation.

I've had the opportunity to dine twice at the Embassy in Rimini, a historic venue that hosted some of the biggest names in Italian pop music in the 1960s and 1970s. A charming setting, enhanced in the summer by an elegant outdoor seating area and a truly pleasant open bar. Unfortunately, the first experience didn't live up to expectations. The chef's appetizer, consisting of five small tastings, seemed a bit improvised and poorly balanced. The first course, tagliolini with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and shrimp tartare, was excessively al dente; after I reported this, they kindly replaced it with pacchero with swordfish, which tasted good but was slightly overcooked. When it came time to pay the bill, the owner, a delightful and very attentive person, willingly listened to my comments, offering a generous discount and inviting me to return to give the restaurant a second chance. Twenty days later, I decided to keep my promise, and I must say that this time the experience was completely different. I started with grilled octopus accompanied by various sauces, all well-balanced and tasty, then returned to the tagliolini, which this time were perfect: impeccably cooked and harmonious flavors. Special praise goes to the all-female wait staff, knowledgeable, smiling, and always attentive to the customer's needs. The owner, when saying goodbye, thanked me for my trust and for keeping my promise—a gesture of courtesy that captures the spirit of the restaurant. In conclusion, the Embassy has fully redeemed itself: a second visit that confirmed its seriousness, professionalism, and desire to improve. A historic establishment that today demonstrates it still has much to tell.

The fish is very good, I recommend everything except the desserts. The atmosphere is unfortunately too noisy.

I attended the Haiki event the other night and I have to say it was a really enjoyable evening! Special thanks to the DJ who kept us all entertained!

We went for a company dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was nice to be able to have an aperitif and dinner in one location without having to move. The seafood menu was well-crafted, as were the cocktails. The staff was efficient and friendly.
