El Taller In Iseo

Delicious experience in the center of Iseo. Ideal place if you are in for a surprise 5 or more course menu that is being prepared in the open kitchen while you enjoy your wine and food. All fish is sourced from the lake Iseo and vegetables, meat and cheese come from local producers. A joy to discover the richness of the lombardy region with a refined twist. Make sure you reserve your table and bring enough time to enjoy it all!!

What a gem of a restaurant! The chef uses local produce and creates a menu based on the availability of fresh produce, so you don't know what you're getting in advance. We loved every bite and we were very pleasantly surprised by some of the unusual flavour combinations (smoked pear for example). We will definitely go back when we are in Iseo again!

We spontaneously ended up at El Taller, the reception was great... You can watch the chef prepare the courses closely; he does it with a lot of dedication and passion. The greeting in the kitchen and all courses were excellent. Even though I'm very picky when it comes to food, I was very happy with all the courses. The crème brûlée at the special conclusion was also delicious. Thank you for the lovely experience

I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful Sunday in Iseo with a group of friends, with the aim of ending a week of celebrations for a dear friend in the best possible way. When I booked, I asked if it was possible to reserve a special table, as I often do. However, I didn't expect such an amazing welcome. Upon our arrival, the table was set up with personalized gadgets and the owners welcomed us with a warmth rarely found elsewhere. It felt like being part of a big family! The service was impeccable, so much so that it deserved a full 10, but the real surprise was the cuisine. The dishes were not only delicious, but with attention to the smallest details. The excellent value for money made the experience even more pleasant. Will I come back? Absolutely yes! Rating: 10 and praise!

Exceptional restaurant with a very warm service. There is no menu, you choose the number of dishes. The wishes and preferences of the guests are completely taken into account. You can watch the chef at work and follow the creation of the dishes. We had a very nice evening with outstanding food and felt very comfortable.

Very good unusual menu and very good service. The right thing for someone who loves and appreciates something special. Furthermore, the location is beautiful. I can really recommend it.

Piccolo ristorante con tavoli all’aperto in una graziosa piazzetta tranquilla. Menu degustazione a sorpresa che tiene conto di intolleranze. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, con esperienza su prodotti di pesce di lago che non conoscevo. Il servizio nella sua semplicita’ e’ grazioso e cortese. Ottima esperienza

Het is een soort verrassingsmenu waarbij ze werken met lokale producten/vangsten. Je moet het dus net treffen. Wij troffen het niet en kregen geen lekkere pasta/risotto of goed stuk vlees. In plaats daarvan een soort linzensoep en vooral vis uit het meer. Ze schenken ook alleen wijn, geen bier.
