Beautiful location with bricks and wooden roof, very welcoming and convivial.
Tasting menu including 3 starters, first course, second course, side dish and dessert of your choice, good and fair price considering the generous portions!
Delicate and tasty appetizer, with a trio of typical Piedmontese dishes! First, not much considering the goodness of the other courses. The second course, wild boar with polenta, was the highlight of the lunch, very tasty and well balanced! Desserts normal.
Excellent value for money, also considering the quantity of dishes!
Lastly, congratulations on the service, very attentive and punctual!

Total disappointment, the green bath tasted like nothing, the tripe was sufficient, they don't have a cheese plate if you ask for it at the end of the meal... Excessive cost... Best wishes

Well what can I say, I was there today with my son... we had the Porchetta with burrata and pistachio. Baked potatoes as a side dish. Bunet and coffee.
The porchetta was delicious, tasty at the right point in terms of flavor which was also dampened by the burrata which made the taste sweeter giving a sense of roundness to the palate with a final pistachio taste due to the grain that was on top of it. Truly recommended as a dish.
Baked potatoes done well, tasty, salted and cooked just right.
The bunet was good, but I've had better ones.
Overall a great place definitely to return.

We went here on a Saturday for lunch, an intimate place and excellent food. We took an Angus carpaccio with burrata and a pumpkin pie with fontina fondue and amaretto, as a second course taragna polenta and stewed sausage and finally as dessert the bunet (which for €6 was a bit cheap given that it doesn't have any dessert). a difficult preparation or sophisticated ingredients). €60 for two with cover charge and water, we had a good time

Average, good food.
The tajarin inspired me but they weren't on the menu... the hazelnut cake was good. I saw photos of a trio of starters but it wasn't listed on the menu..

Advised. I've always had a good time. Piedmontese cuisine.
Update 2024 - I went back after a long time: I preferred it before when they made more Piedmontese cuisine, now it has become a bit of a restaurant like any other - still quite good, but not as characteristic as it was before.

Comodo dopo la visita del castello. A pochi metri con tavoli all'aperto sul giardino pubblico. Menù di lavoro.
Piatti normali, nessun riferimento alla cucina locale, salvo per il vitello tonnato, senza infamia né lode.
Forse alla sera sarà più facile apprezzare la cucina.

Caratteristico locale con ampio dehors di fronte alla celebre residenza reale. Cucina piemontese realizzata con ottime materie prime: sfiziosi antipasti, primi e secondi della tradizione. Anche i dolci sono squisiti. Buoni vini sfusi. Menù degustazione a prezzo conveniente. Servizio un po' disattento; talvolta superficiale
