05/03/2026: Discovered by chance during a short business trip to Collegno.
We went for dinner, and the atmosphere and background music immediately won me over.
What can I say? 5 stars, fully deserved.
The risotto was simply perfect, the meat was amazing, the desserts were incredible... I'll definitely be back!!
01/03/2026: The dishes I chose all had something missing. They were beautiful to look at, but then you tasted them... and nothing disappointed you. They didn't have the right kick, as I can say... what a shame. The Chantilly cream with mascarpone, ladies and gentlemen, shouldn't be taken out of the refrigerator and served cold...

Dear owner, thank you for your reply. However, I'd like to clarify that my comment wasn't about the storage guidelines—which obviously must be rigorous—but about the taste experience.
It's well known that an excessively cold serving temperature (close to 2°C) inhibits the perception of aromas, especially in a fat-based cream like yours, making the contrast with the hazelnut cake unbalanced and inharmonious. Although I requested a substitution for the zabaglione, I would have expected a restaurant that cares about quality to know how to calibrate the service so as not to penalize the dish.
As for not expressing dissent in the dining room, it's often preferable not to ruin the evening's atmosphere with impromptu complaints, reserving the right time to reflect on the overall experience with a cool head. The point of a review is precisely to provide honest feedback: it's a shame that, in this case, it was perceived more as a technical attack than as a suggestion to improve the balance of your desserts. Kind regards.
