I went for dinner tonight, but I already knew it. The meat was very good, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to recommend the best meat based on the customer's requests and tastes. The price was fair, and in line with the quality of the ingredients. I'll definitely be back and recommend it.

What a great discovery! We went here for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The food was truly excellent; the only flaw was that the dining room was a bit too cold. But we'll definitely return to try some other dishes.

Excellent quality meat! We had heifer sushi, a rib-eye steak, and a Florentine steak on the staff's recommendation—excellent! Highly recommended!

The meat display speaks for itself! Everything is perfect, from the cooking to the flavor. Different types of meat cater to all tastes. The tartare is commendable, and the "tatar sushi" is a special highlight. For dry-aged meat, I recommend the "Rubia Gallega" Spanish steak.

The restaurant is refined, with a warm atmosphere from the moment we arrived. They gave us excellent advice on choosing our meat. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere is well-maintained from the moment you enter, and the outdoor lounge bar is perfect for aperitifs. However, I can't rate it since it was closed when I visited due to the winter temperatures. The staff is friendly and courteous, offering high-quality service. We had the opportunity to try every type of food on the menu, from starters to main courses, and everything was more than satisfactory. I recommend this place to everyone. The only flaw is the grilled eggplant, which was decidedly undercooked.

For those who care to read. I must preface this by saying that it's been a while since I've written a restaurant review. I decided I'd only write more if I'd had a particularly good experience or if I'd received terrible treatment. Otherwise, it could have been a bad day, and I don't think it's fair to penalize a business for a single event. This evening was a surprising dinner, and I can't help but leave a positive review. The restaurant, in a contemporary style, has a welcoming and refined atmosphere; the menu offers a choice of appropriately limited but high-quality dishes, and finally, the signature dish: dry-aged meats to be enjoyed grilled. In short, a place where you expect the best, and the details make the difference. The rib eye steak was excellent; the detail of the cast iron griddle, heated to 50 degrees, allowed my meat to stay at the right temperature without compromising its cooking (which, incidentally, was at "Blue") throughout the dinner. The wide selection of red wines, stored in the refrigerator at the right temperature, is practically a pipe dream in the restaurant business (even in "noble" establishments, you'll often be served a red at room temperature, 30 degrees Celsius!). Last but not least, the service staff, who, instead of telling you to go to hell as soon as you turn the corner, listen to your complaints and do their best to resolve them, ensuring you have an unexpectedly special experience (and this was the most important detail of this evening). "Hats off!" So, everything perfect? ​​No, there's always room for improvement, but this place seems to be on the right track, a good balance between cuisine, service, and location, without any discordant notes that detract from the experience of an excellent dinner. Recommended.

TOP experience! I almost never eat meat, I'm not a fan, but we went there for an anniversary dinner and I had a super tender fillet. Very kind and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back ❤️

A very beautiful and well-kept location, with excellent customer service from the wait staff and the owner! And then the food...especially the grilled meat! Something truly special!! Highly recommended!
