It's not easy, especially in the center of Rome, where everything is consumed and moves so quickly, to eat well.
At Edoardo's, in a welcoming restaurant run by friendly people with whom we were able to exchange a few non-trivial conversations, we savored excellent dishes in complete tranquility. It was a fitting end to a wonderful day.
A special thanks goes to Mrs. Margherita, who guided us with kindness and professionalism in our choice of dishes, even giving us a very welcome bonus.

I had a deeply disappointing and alarming experience at this restaurant. Shortly after eating here, I became extremely ill, and it was clear that the ingredients used were far from fresh. No customer should have to worry about getting sick from a meal, yet that is exactly what happened.
The quality control and food safety standards are clearly lacking, and this experience has completely destroyed my trust in this place. I strongly urge the restaurant to take food handling and ingredient freshness seriously to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

I spent the evening of the 31st at this restaurant. An excellent à la carte dinner, refined food, and above all, recommended by the owner, who, despite the unusual evening, took care of us with unexpected advice and thoughtfulness. We will definitely be back to try other specialties!
