17/03/2024: This sushi restaurant is the best in Bollate and I'll immediately show you the reasons. It's the only one where you can eat both sushi and Italian at the same table and not divided like in other places. Being adjacent to the "Versiglia" restaurant you have this possibility and the fundamental thing is that they are two different restaurants but the owner is the same. My wife doesn't eat sushi and for me this solution is fundamental. Location: elegant modern oriental style, very clean and everything in maniacal order. I really liked the fact that on each table there were mini teapots with soy sauce inside, at least there wasn't the usual original bottle you find in supermarkets. Staff: very fast and tidy. In my opinion it's the best here too because I finally found waiters and the girl at the register who understand everything you ask them and respond in a complete and exhaustive way, not as has happened many times where they respond with a very fake smile and say "now come boy explain "obviously if I go to a Japanese restaurant I can't know everything and I happen to ask, here you will have direct but above all quick and clear answers. The girl at the checkout is very nice and friendly and makes you feel at home. They are on a whole other level at this sushi restaurant. Food: very good there is nothing to complain about. You can feel the freshness of the products and above all I didn't leave feeling weighed down like in other places. Top quality. Prices for all you can eat normal.
