After years of frequenting this place, both for the food and for purchasing products, we've noticed a significant improvement. The atmosphere is definitely warmer than it used to be (it was freezing when eating at a table); the service is very friendly and attentive. There was a small oversight in the cooking of the meat, and not only did they replace the dish with an apology, but they also offered us coffee and a discount at checkout.
A truly appreciated gesture that has nothing to do with the old management. Well done, and thank you!

Never missed a beat with Eataly (now, for the first time, in its unique location in Pinerolo), which, despite the corporate changes, hasn't betrayed its vocation at all. Prices are obviously not cheap, but quality is always guaranteed, and therefore, the quality/price ratio is guaranteed. I'm not giving it five stars just because that would be worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it's highly recommended, especially if you carefully choose dishes featuring local and seasonal ingredients.

A lovely place to eat good pizza, excellent service, and a modern and charming atmosphere.
The desserts are also a must-try. Recommended, the prices are reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.
