Eataly In Pinerolo

When I pass by these parts it is a fixed stop. The mixed fried food (fish and vegetables) is exceptional but, do not eat the appetizer or first course otherwise you will not get to the end. Pizza experience: good but long waiting times with few customers at the tables, problems with the pizzeria or the order? Apologies from the "waiter but... this is.

We enjoyed our dinner on the garden side, pleasant terrace for a drink and a meal. More varied menu than in a traditional restaurant (with vegetarian options, salads). Children's play area. We will come back.

All'interno di un punto vendita Eataly, abbiamo pranzato dopo aver prenotato con TheFork. Parcheggiamo con difficoltà visto che i posti auto non sono tantissimi e veniamo fatti accomodare intorno al bar e in mezzo agli scaffali del negozio. Ordiniamo e attendiamo le portate guardando i vari clienti destreggiarsi tra i tantissimi prodotti in vendita. Finalmente arrivano la pasta e la carne. Entrambi molto buoni ma ho apprezzato maggiormente il primo rispetto alla carne (soprattutto per le patate un po' troppo asciutte). Ottime le materie prime. Prezzi non esagerati.

Organized an evening with friends, unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service due to the long wait, after finishing the cut with potatoes the bread arrived. As for the food, the slices were really small for the price paid (more than €20) and tough, while the pizza was good. However, I was impressed by the customer service who contacted me to apologize for what happened and offer me a discount. We returned and tried appetizers, the first being the tagliatelle again which this time was tender, very good. Compliments

Piatti con discreta scelta tra prelibatezze e eccellenze italiane. Antipasti ottimi e pizza squisita. Location semplice e pulita, personale molto cortese. Prezzi adeguati. Da consigliare.

When we happen to Pinerolo we always enjoy a lunch break at Eatitaly. The food is good (a little expensive actually) and the location is nice. Today, however, two strange things happened: the first was that in the salad ordered by my wife, mixed together with the lettuce and lettuce, there was also a paper pellet the size, to give you an idea, of a paper handkerchief (hopefully not used). Unfortunately we only noticed it at the end. We reported this to the staff behind the counter (where we were sitting) who expressed an apology that was not even remotely heartfelt to say the least! Second strange thing is that when it was time to pay, and it wasn't our intention not to pay for the dish ordered, not even two words of displeasure or, I don't know, two coffees offered. It's not for money but I believe that a bit of courtesy and kindness towards customers is never out of place.....but perhaps it's enough that they just bring the money and a lot of it. Sorry!

The quality of the food and the kindness of the staff cannot be discussed, but for some dishes the portions are truly tiny compared to the price. For example, for 24.90 euros you can't have a tiny square of cod with two artichokes on your plate... even if it's delicious.

Congratulations to Mrs. Sonia who welcomes diners with kindness and professionalism at the Pinerolo headquarters. Excellent quality food excellently prepared. Absolutely an experience worth living.
