I've been a customer for many years. The food is always good. I'd just choose slightly more comfortable chairs, and especially at the two-person tables, I'd leave a little more space so I don't hear the conversation at the next table every word. Otherwise, the food is always good, and Eataly pizza always holds a special place in my heart.

We celebrated our birthday at an outdoor table next to the pool. Very beautiful location and lots of greenery. The service has some flaws: there was a bit of a wait for orders and for the food. Other than that, we were all satisfied with the menu.

For my wife and I, dining at Eataly Pinerolo is always a pleasant experience, especially this season, which allows us to dine outdoors. Beyond the ambiance and food, I find the service to be a real strength. Everyone contributes, in their own way, to the pleasant memory of the evening, and the last few times I've really appreciated, in a girl named Michelle, her unwavering, non-obligatory willingness to discreetly attend to our needs without even needing to be called, as if she were dedicated solely to our table. We've been frequenting Eataly in Pinerolo for years, both for the products on offer (from baked goods to cured meats and cheeses, wines, and more) and for the food. The quality of the ingredients has always been high, and recently the customer service and discounts offered have increased. Furthermore, since this summer, they've organized more outdoor evenings, which we've happily attended, from cocktail nights to dinners in white, culminating with dinner under the stars on August 10th. These were wonderful experiences with new, engaging, and diverse formats. The latest one in particular was truly satisfying: well-organized, with a beautiful selection of fresh, flavorful, and generous dishes (appetizer, fish-based first and second courses, and lemon dessert), two glasses of wine pairings, an elegant and truly summery atmosphere complete with a DJ, prompt service, and kind and attentive staff. Our compliments to Eataly in Pinerolo!

All'interno di un punto vendita Eataly, abbiamo pranzato dopo aver prenotato con TheFork. Parcheggiamo con difficoltà visto che i posti auto non sono tantissimi e veniamo fatti accomodare intorno al bar e in mezzo agli scaffali del negozio. Ordiniamo e attendiamo le portate guardando i vari clienti destreggiarsi tra i tantissimi prodotti in vendita. Finalmente arrivano la pasta e la carne. Entrambi molto buoni ma ho apprezzato maggiormente il primo rispetto alla carne (soprattutto per le patate un po' troppo asciutte). Ottime le materie prime. Prezzi non esagerati.
