A wonderful experience in the magical setting of Ragusa Ibla. Excellent and unique dishes. The impeccable, professional service, coupled with friendly service, made us feel at ease. Highly recommended.

Italian fine dining in the heart of Ragusa. You'll have an option to choose from few different tasting menus that take you through different re-invented italian dishes that showcase local fresh produce. You can opt for a wine pairing or select your favourite form a relatively thick wine list.

What can I say? I'm speechless. Chef Sultano deserves his stars and maybe a few more. The service was perfect. Congratulations.

After a somewhat complicated 'start-up' between seating and explanations, the magic prevailed, both in terms of the service and the cuisine, with its culinary and visual delights. A stop that wonderfully rounds off a visit to Ragusa: a must!

A perfect summer evening, the magic of Ibla's baroque architecture, the perfect company, and this restaurant. It should be the beginning of a beautiful story, and indeed it is. Ciccio Sultano's restaurant Al Duomo is a magical place, where every sense is engaged and stimulated. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the Chef, who, like the perfect host, immediately put us at ease. Once at the table, a journey of elegance, amazement, flavor, and surprise began. An attention to detail approaching perfection. Every single dish was explained with precision and professionalism. There's little to say about the quality and preparation of the Chef's celebrated dishes; any words would be superfluous. It goes beyond the concept of eating to fill the stomach; it's a dance that engages every appetite, from gelato to truffles to pigeon breast... every dish is a masterpiece. I recommend "sacrificing" yourself and opting, as we did, for the "Stupor Mundi" tasting menu, the most comprehensive and engaging. Unfortunately, we weren't able to finish it all... Also, let sommelier Simone pamper you; he knows how to enhance each dish with the right wine pairing. We felt welcomed, pampered, and transported lightly into the Chef's world. A unique experience that you should indulge in at least once in your life. The only flaw, perhaps, is the somewhat hectic pace between courses, which often prevents you from fully enjoying this experience. Total price for two people: over €550.

Una comida en el Duomo no es solo acerca del gusto, es acerca del alma. Esto es Sicilia en un plato, elaborado con amor, arraigado en la historia, y elevado a lo extraordinario.

Gestern war es nun endlich soweit! Seit vielen Jahren kenne ich dieses Restaurant, habe es aber nie geschafft, hier zu essen. Noch dazu war es das erklärte Lieblingsrestaurant meines viel zu früh verstorbenen Freundes Lucio Tasca d’Almerita! Nach einer sehr herzlichen Begrüßung der gesamten Servicemannschaft samt Chef wurden wir kulinarisch und önologisch auf allerhöchstem Niveau verwöhnt! Absolut außergewöhnlich war auch das Service am Tisch! Noch nie habe ich erlebt, dass man Linkshänder beim Servieren des Bestecks berücksichtigt! Zu Recht zählt dieses Restaurant zu den besten des Landes! Vielen Dank für einen großartigen und äußerst vergnüglichen Abend! Wir kommen garantiert wieder!
