I don't have much information to evaluate the place. I can say it has incredible views, for me the best in the entire town. A glass of wine at €6 in July 2025 seems a bit steep to me.

Would absolutely recommend going to Dulcisinfundo ! The food was incredible, we tried a variety of dishes and they were all spectacular in presentation, unique and delicious. The service was exceptional from Massimo and Luca, they were genuine and attentive. Thanks for a great experience to all involved :) Best meal we’ve had in Italy thus far!

Best experience in Tuscany! The staff were professional, nice and let us try many local wines. We bought the delicious olive oil with us which everyone at the table loved!

Had our favourite meal in Tuscany so far here. Extremely welcoming and genuine waiter who was patient and offered any advice. Delicious high quality food. Highly recommend!

Excellent lunch. Quality of ingredients and plating, very well cared for. Excellent battuta, excellent stuffed rabbit. Very good choice of wines. I highly recommend because in San Gimignano, a place like this is rare.

Ottimo locale fuori dalla confusione e già questo è un’ottima cosa, il locale molto elegante arredato bene i Proprietari cordiali e simpatici, il cibo di qualità elevata davvero antipasto primo secondo dolci, i vini abbiamo preso un Rose’ brut stupendo Ci torneremo grazie per l’accoglienza ed il cibo
