The restaurant is modern and the food (we tried sushi and other similar items) is good quality. The paper napkins look like fabric, but given the quality of the place, regular ones would be better.

Excellent restaurant of Chinese and Japanese cuisine, as a fan of this culinary orientation, I believe it is one of the best in the entire province of Bologna, and my experience in this regard is vast. Beyond my personal vision, it is undoubted and objective that the dishes are of sublime quality and the raw fish is comparable to what you eat in Tokyo sushi. The price is certainly not low but it is absolutely weighted to what is offered. The service is not bad, prompt if nothing else, but there is room for improvement in the welcome and in empathy and humanity towards the customer. Nonetheless, Dong is classified among the highest peaks of oriental cuisine restaurants in the Bologna area.

Ristorante con parcheggio privato da raggiungere in auto. Bella location e molto curata la mise en place. Ottimi i cibi di tutte le portate che consiglio di scegliere concertando con la maitre di sala. Cucina cinese e giapponese rivisitata (tra le vario portate in una era presente anche la mozzarella di bufala col pesce) . Loro ravioli al vapore strepitoso e fatti da loro. Da tornarci
