The welcome and kindness of the staff are immediately striking; furthermore, they know how to do their job because service times are managed very well.
But let's get to the serious stuff: how do you eat? I would say very well, three people were able to experiment with meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Everything delicious, starting from the farinata cooked to perfection. Good selection of drinks and bitters, and honestly more than honest prices (less than €100 for, I repeat, three people).
Last but not least, the style of the furnishings creates a very chic atmosphere, but in a fresh and I would say almost youthful way, a "cool" touch that distinguishes Evolia from more traditional restaurants.

Great place, excellent pizzas and top service. The waitress (Domenica) was very nice, she made us feel very comfortable and we had fun.

Very nice location internally, you can see the modernization works carried out.
The pizza has a good dough in my opinion, but a little lacking in taste; let's say average.
Correct service and overall fair prices.

Boys. You can only eat the best pizza in Turin here.... Then it always depends on taste, but in this super welcoming place, very clean, very kind staff, very good pizza with top ingredients, I really recommend at least trying.... Top

Mi è piaciuta subito, mise en Place e location, luci soffuse e ambiente romantico. Bel dehor e ottimo servizio, il cibo era eccellente e siamo stati coccolati tutta la sera dalla cameriera Domenica.

We came to eat and discovered a fantastic pizza, an extraordinary farinata and a very good selection of desserts.
Last but not least, we were served on Sunday which is another excellent reason to return to eat in this wonderful place.

Farinata fantastica e pizza davvero ottima. Balza in testa al mio elenco di pizzerie torinesi. Locale pulito ed elegante. Servizio veloce e cortese.
