We've had lunch here several times this weekend and have always had a great experience. The food is excellent, from the trofie to the risotto and the fried fish; the prices are fair. The staff is very friendly and quick, even when the place is busy. It's worth a visit.

The menu is always the same, with carefully selected specialties and tasty pizzas.

The pizza dough is delicious. The only downside is the lack of attention to detail in the environment.

I come to Varazze several times a year and had never been here, yet it's always packed with customers, so today I wanted to try it. We started with a seafood trio and a tuna tartare... Everything was good, except for the seafood salad, which unfortunately came straight from a container and wasn't drained of its brine. The seared shrimp on top was still very good. Then we had trofie with pesto and pansotti with walnut sauce... They were really delicious, but it's a shame about the dirty plates at the back, which felt encrusted when you put your fingers down to move the plate. In conclusion, I'd say the food isn't bad, but unfortunately there's a lack of attention to detail, and I'm sure if they adjusted their focus a bit, no one would object. Kudos to the kind and welcoming staff.

We went to Don Carlos for dinner with my girlfriend and had a great time. The grilled and fried food was very fresh and tasty. The service was fast and professional.
