My friend and I had lunch. It was the best approl spritz I have had in Varona, a very nice ragu followed by an excellent apple pie. Then we had so much fun selecting candy to take home to our families.

We were greeted by very friendly staff who explained the flavors of the tramezzini, conveying the love they put into making them. The place has a retro feel, which I personally particularly appreciated. We sat down and ordered six tramezzini with four truly delicious white spritzers and a Coke. The tramezzini are worthy of note, as they're beautifully presented and well-made, with thick bread, generous fillings, and excellent quality ingredients. The white spritzers are truly well-made and balanced. I'd happily return and highly recommend it. Everything was fantastic, but I was just disappointed to see the price increase for tramezzini, which are now €3.50. In total, we spent €36.

The place is reminiscent of the sweet shop of the past. There are every delight for the palate, from the most natural to the most elaborate. Everyone is very kind and attentive to the service. The macchiatone is top-notch. As soon as I'm around, I always stop for a break. I have a lovely treat. I really like this place.

The place itself is very nice — the atmosphere is cozy, the food is good, and the location is great. However, my experience with the service was disappointing. I ordered a coffee, but there was a misunderstanding, and I kindly asked if it could be changed. Instead of handling it politely, the staff reacted with a bad attitude and even made unpleasant comments about me in Italian, right in front of me. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Nevertheless the café itself has a lot of potential, but customer service should improve attending foreign people
