Excellent product quality, wide selection of savory and sweet treats. Top-quality ingredients, southern flavors, and meticulously crafted desserts. We come every weekend for breakfast; the owner and staff are prompt and courteous. In my opinion, this is the best pastry shop in Parma.

A historic pastry shop with a Neapolitan flair. Bombolone, graffa, frolla, riccia, and pastiera are all commendable. Limited seating in the summer months. Open early (around 6:00 AM), fried food is served after 6:30 AM.

I've been coming to this lovely Neapolitan pastry shop for years, and for me it remains a point of reference in the city of Parma. But one thing needs to be said: how can you put a discount-store-style Nutella-like spread on chocolate croissants?! Besides, we're talking about brioches that are expensive.... Unfortunately, even their famous and excellent pistachio spread has declined in quality, making it taste unpleasant, if not downright cheap. The rest of the desserts are still of excellent quality and top-notch. Let's hope they return to their roots for the rest of the products as well.
