I went to Covella Bar Pasticceria in Gioia del Colle for an aperitif with a friend, and I have to say it was excellent! The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. We'll definitely be back!

Stopped here half way through a 70km bike ride. There was a place out front to sit with our bikes. Inside there was a wonderful display of cakes and pastries. The server was really helpful. The coffee was good to. Well worth a stop if you are cycling through.

03/10/2025: Truly excellent Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Spectacular wings Superb bombette. From the cooking to the flavor, everything was delicious. The wine recommended by the staff was truly excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat quality meat at fair prices in a truly relaxing atmosphere.
28/08/2025: We ate outside since it was summer. The meat was very good and well cooked! (We had classic, spicy, and smoked bombette, sausage, baked potatoes, and marri.) The prices were a little high, but for a tourist destination, they're fair.

22/12/2025: The quality of the meat is excellent. The place is very nice. I tried a menu arranged by others, but I wasn't entirely satisfied. It's worth returning to try it out more.
