Excellent restaurant, the name Materia Prima perfectly reflects the freshest products they use. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys top-quality fish and raw seafood. Great service, the waitress is always available, and the glasses sparkle. The atmosphere is quiet, away from traffic and noise. I'm truly satisfied.

I was at the restaurant a few nights ago, and where do I begin? Location: Welcoming and meticulously maintained, I loved the gift box with chocolates and a receipt, as well as the free sanitary pads in the bathroom (it seems silly, but it must be the second business I've seen doing something like this). Food: Excellent quality, from artisanal butter to homemade pasta. The chef personally selects the perfect truffle to pair with each dish; it's impossible not to taste the freshness of each course. The fish is excellent, and there are so many unique but spot-on pairings, truly breathtaking. Thanks to Sara, the waitress and sommelier, for letting us taste some excellent wines, perfect with everything we ate, following your recommendation. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism, and to the owner Davide, who decided to share his creativity, passion, and culinary skill with us. Thanks to all the staff behind it all. We'll definitely be back.
