Materia prima il nome dice già tutto... Semplicemente il miglior ristorante della zona per rapporto qualità prezzo... Bravi 🙌🏼

Purtroppo Non riconfermo 5 stelle per due motivi. Parto dal presupposto che a mio parere Materia prima è il miglior ristorante di pesce di Monterotondo e dintorni in relazione al rapporto qualità prezzo, e mi dispiace che in due anni il menu è rimasto uguale per il 90% delle proposte o piccole modifiche, sempre stessi primi (tutti troppo classici e molto simili tra loro) secondi e dolci. Purtroppo se a distanza di 6 mesi/un anno non trovo novità o alternative nel menu mi resta difficile tornare. Per il resto tutto buono, forse nell’ultima esperienza ho trovato il polpo (secondo piatto) non all’altezza del piatto proposto e in rapporto al costo abbastanza elevato. Dolce fuori menu alla nocciola molto buono.

Nice place, not very big. Excellent raw and non-raw fish dishes, even the desserts were delicious. Adequate prices.

Sempre qualità alta, attenzione al cliente, la ragazza di sala è gentilissima e per nulla invasiva. Hanno spesso delle eccezionali ostriche francesi. In cucina soesso si divertono fondendo il pesce con sapori orientali, tutto sempre ben bilanciato e delicato.

29/01/2025: Eating pasta at the fish market
18/01/2025: A waiter from another establishment advised us to go for seafood. The assortment is gorgeous, but the dining room itself is just an outdoor gazebo with a couple of tables inside near an actress with fish. The staff is quite polite, but the area is quite austere. It took 20 minutes by taxi from the center. The food is fresh but empty.
