One Michelin star restaurant in a clean environment, tables spaced far apart, a small flaw, for both the girls seemed to speak with too soft a voice, plus with the music above the table, we didn't understand very well...
Delicious entrees, really good bread, tortelli with bacon in amatriciana sauce, excellent, pigeon, one of the best I've eaten (a dish far too abundant for the standard),
Gnocchi with fondue and chestnuts, not bad..
Desserts not exceptional, revisitation of bunet and tiramisu, not satisfactory..
Excellent biscuits, then a nice ending with their vermouth 👍

The environment is splendid and remains very modern in a historical context. The service was very attentive and pleasant. No mistakes on the plate but a little lack of desire to take risks. Excellent experience!

Excellent food and wine experience, in a truly unique location and simply courteous, kind and professional staff. Tasting menu with wine tasting absolutely exceeding expectations, with coffee and vermouth on the terrace overlooking the gardens of the Venaria palace.
An experience certainly worth repeating, to try the à la carte menu.

Siamo venuti diverse volte e il ristorante è sempre all'altezza. Cibo ottimo, servizio puntuale e cortese e location stupenda. Come sempre si sono dimostrati impeccabili e attenti alle piccole cose, compresa una piccola tortina per festeggiare il compleanno. Super consigliato per un'esperienza culinaria unica.

Al Dolce Stil Novo non si va unicamente per cenare ma per condividere un'esperienza di armonia. Non solo la bravura dello Chef è notevole ma anche il senso di cura che scaturisce grazie a tanti dettagli sulla scelta delle materie prime, loro trasformazione e dalla relazione creata con ciascun commensale a partire delll'ordinazione. Si è immersi nella bellezza e nell'arte e si può dialogare. Il personale è gentile e professionale, attento. I vincoli della dieta "gluten free" sono perfettamente gestiti.
Tradizione e innovazione qui sono in reciproco equilibrio.
