Dolce Stil Novo alla Reggia - Alfredo Russo In Venaria reale

A must-see for any lover of fine Piedmontese cuisine. Nestled atop the Reggia di Venaria, this restaurant offers a sublime setting overlooking the royal gardens. Under the leadership of the brilliant Alfredo Russo, guests have the pleasure of tasting the great classics of Piedmont, revisited with a modern touch that enhances their authenticity—a unique experience where the refinement of the setting meets the inventiveness of the table.

My sister and I chose Dolce Stil Novo to celebrate our mother's birthday on June 25th. I had received excellent reviews from a couple of friends, as well as knowing the fame of the place, so I couldn't wait to try it. Expectations were even exceeded! First of all, it's a magical place, you take the elevator up to the fourth floor and an elegant terrace opens up with a view of the gardens of the Reggia di Venaria. We were welcomed and pampered right away by all the staff and chef Russo came to greet us and tell us something about the menu. There were 6 of us and we chose the surprise 7-course tasting menu with matching wines. We enjoyed delicious, balanced, exciting dishes! Finally, knowing it was a birthday, they prepared a cream and fruit cake especially for the birthday girl. We will definitely be back to try the à la carte menu. It was a wonderful experience!

We were on June 6th and it was an amazing experience. Wonderful place, warm, polite and enveloping welcome. The chef is really nice, he welcomes you with a dazzling smile and describes his dishes with a passion that moves you. Everything is exceptional, but I recommend pasta in bianco, oil and parmesan and raw meat from Vicciola, you won't regret it. We did a journey of Italian and French white and red wines, amazing. What can I say, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely return.

Our first time at a starred restaurant, an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect from the food to the staff to the location, plus the fact that chef Alfredo Russo puts his face on it and goes to all the tables. Fantastic

I wanted to thank this enchanting place for the extraordinary vibes that can be felt within its walls. An exclusive restaurant, capable of transforming a dinner into an unforgettable experience. On the occasion of our anniversary, we were lucky enough to experience it right here. It was all extremely romantic, but with that touch of lightness and modernity that is rarely found in places of this level. The service? Impeccable. Every gesture of the staff conveyed care and authenticity - even the simple act of helping us sit at the table was done with rare kindness. A moment that I really appreciated was when the chef introduced himself in person: not only a gesture of great class, but also special attention in customizing the menu for me, who does not eat fish. This allowed us both to experience a journey through flavors, each with a different path, but equally unique. We chose the wine pairing, and it was simply wow. Each glass perfectly enhanced each course. The evening ended with a coffee and a DOC vermouth, enjoying the breathtaking view of Venaria Reale. The price? Absolutely adequate for the experience lived.

La nostra esperienza con il ristorante è stata eccezionale. Il cibo servito era tutto accattivante, gustoso e usato raffinato tecniche di preparazione dei piatti, servizio è stato eccellente perché il personale era tutto accomodante, cordiale e attento le nostre esigenze e, infine, l'atmosfera era mozzafiato, era accogliente e ben progettato, ecco perché ha superato le mie aspettative. Anche le persone che avevo portato con me rimasero stupite da quanto tutto fosse straordinario, e io Posso dire con orgoglio che non vedo l'ora di venire torneremo al ristorante in futuro.

Siamo stati in questa splendida location per il nostro anniversario, volevo precisare la bellezza complessiva del ristorante puntualizzandone la bontà espressa nelle pietanze e nel servizio. Lo chef insieme a sua moglie sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa, sapendo indirizzarci nel percorso degustativo piu adatto a noi. Il menù Gran Gourmet carta bianca ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente, primi piatti fantastici ed equilibrati, snack di benvenuto molto interessanti. Visto il nostro anniversario siamo stati serviti al momento del dolce con un piccolo pensiero celebrativo per consacrare quella che è stata una delle cene più sorprendenti dell'ultimo periodo. Non mi dilungo piu di tanto per descrivere la bellezza della location, terrazza fantastica che si affaccia su i giardini della reggia.
