Truly sensational, the chef's menu was an unforgettable experience

Everything was truly perfect and impeccable, from the food to the service to the location. My family and I ordered four tasting menus with wine pairings and it was truly exceptional. A very positive note was the fact that one of the four menus had to be adapted so as not to contain milk or its derivatives and there was no problem in meeting our request. Really recommended!

We were here for lunch, choosing the tasting menu with a pairing of 4 glasses. Elegant atmosphere, very attentive service and excellent dishes. Special mention should be made of the first courses, in particular the rice with mustard and mint pesto, with a very fresh and intense flavor and a combination of flavors that I would not have expected. The choice of 4 wines to accompany the courses was very apt (3 for the savory part and a Moscato for the dessert). The only discordant note in the bill: the price of the tasting menu with wine pairing is even low for the offer, but I didn't expect to find the aperitif as an additional item. Unlike the cheeses that could be chosen from the well-stocked selection on the trolley, or the vermouth, which were clearly extra, the aperitif was served without any confirmation being asked, and I was therefore surprised to find it on the bill, having thought that they were welcome appetizers before entrée and starters. Checking the site again it is actually listed as an item, but more clarity on this would have been appreciated.

A beautiful discovery inside the Palace. Modern and elegant environment. Impeccable service from every point of view. Chef Russo personally comes to the table to take command and talk about his cuisine. Refined dishes with high-quality raw materials. Modern dishes and surprising flavours. Adequate wine list. A visit is recommended even if you are not in the area.

An experience worth having. Excellent food, well-defined tastes, dishes beautifully presented. We took the tasting menu with the dishes chosen by chef Alfredo Russo, an exquisite and kind person as well as very good at creating emotions with food. Don't miss this restaurant.

The tasting menu is a sensorial journey in which flavors are expertly combined. The dishes, impeccable from an aesthetic point of view, reveal delicate and familiar tastes, in perfect balance with the refined wines. The chef is present and very helpful, in synergy with the formal but welcoming staff.

One Michelin star restaurant in a clean environment, tables spaced far apart, a small flaw, for both the girls seemed to speak with too soft a voice, plus with the music above the table, we didn't understand very well... Delicious entrees, really good bread, tortelli with bacon in amatriciana sauce, excellent, pigeon, one of the best I've eaten (a dish far too abundant for the standard), Gnocchi with fondue and chestnuts, not bad.. Desserts not exceptional, revisitation of bunet and tiramisu, not satisfactory.. Excellent biscuits, then a nice ending with their vermouth 👍 Thanks to the chef for his courtesy and kindness.

Il "Dolce Stil Novo" racchiude nel nome stesso l'essenza dell'esperienza che vivrai... "Dolce" è il piacere di lasciarsi guidare nella scelta dei piatti dallo chef e dai suoi impeccabili collaboratori. "Stil" è in ogni prospettiva da cui scegli di osservare il luogo in cui ti trovi, un occhio attento può capire quanto impegno celano i dettagli e quanto "desiderio di fare bene" esista dietro ad ogni elemento. "Novo" è il desiderio di trattare materie prime semplici e spesso legate al territorio, in chiave innovativa e tutt'altro che scontata. Una cucina ed uno staff degno di "abitare" una Reggia". Siamo venuti diverse volte e il ristorante è sempre all'altezza. Cibo ottimo, servizio puntuale e cortese e location stupenda. Come sempre si sono dimostrati impeccabili e attenti alle piccole cose, compresa una piccola tortina per festeggiare il compleanno. Super consigliato per un'esperienza culinaria unica.
