Outstanding meat & crazy good fries, natural and salty. We also tried their appetizers fried pickles and fried Mac’n’cheese, and oh boy that was SO good. Great sauces as well. Overall a cozy and friendly atmosphere with lovely choice of spirits. Super recommended!

Small but very nice place, I went to have an aperitif and drink a gin and tonic and the very kind and friendly owner has a huge selection of gins. Highly recommended for an aperitif

Whenever I'm in Florence, every day ends with me enjoying one last drink with Niccolo and Sara (okay, it's usually not just one drink). Drinks excellent, food fantastic, hosts excellent! My favorite restaurant in Florence!

This bar is truly American suggestive. Small and within reach of the bar counter and kitchen. Family management very present in the room. Concentrated but well-made food choice. Wide choice of drinks

Djaria is the best American bar and food source in Firenze! We go there all the time and even had Thanksgiving Dinner which was incredible with all the turkey, stuffing, and all that goes with it!!!! Truly, the owners are super caring about making sure your experience there is exceptional--- including the best gins and burgers and fries. Recommend this highly!!!!

Un vero e proprio American Bar. Ottimo cibo, cocktail da trasecolare e ottima musica! Venire qui è sempre un piacere! Ribs e pulled pork eccezionali! Un’ottima selezione di Whiskey e Gin. Consigliatissimo.

15/02/2025: Everything was delicious and very good service from Andrea, I would return!
14/02/2025: We visited this café twice. The first time, I had the Florentino Benedict, and the second time, I tried the avocado toast. The first dish was better, while the second one I enjoyed less. However, both the coffee and juice were perfect. This is the first place in Florence where I found a really good flat white☕️!
