This bar is truly American suggestive. Small and within reach of the bar counter and kitchen. Family management very present in the room. Concentrated but well-made food choice. Wide choice of drinks

Here you can eat the best pulled pork sandwich in the world. All the other sandwiches are great too. Furthermore you can taste excellent cocktails and an interesting quantity of gin.

We got several delicious burgers! While waiting we tried a couple of drinks, which were also delicious. The place is very welcoming and the staff friendly!

Djaria is the best American bar and food source in Firenze! We go there all the time and even had Thanksgiving Dinner which was incredible with all the turkey, stuffing, and all that goes with it!!!! Truly, the owners are super caring about making sure your experience there is exceptional--- including the best gins and burgers and fries. Recommend this highly!!!!

Small but very nice place, they have an excellent selection of alcohol. The varied menu is very good food. Excellent sandwiches!

Un vero e proprio American Bar. Ottimo cibo, cocktail da trasecolare e ottima musica! Venire qui è sempre un piacere! Ribs e pulled pork eccezionali! Un’ottima selezione di Whiskey e Gin. Consigliatissimo.

I love the atmosphere there. The owner is so friendly and has perfect cocktail (although i can not drink alcohol) and the chicken wings is perfect for me

17/01/2025: Good American breakfast, if you want something more than the typical Italian breakfast. We had to wait outside for a while but it was worth it. The service was friendly and quick.
15/01/2025: I visited during my trip to Europe in December :) There were many delicious restaurants during my two week trip, but if I had to choose one restaurant that was the most memorable, I think it would be this one! I visited for brunch and ordered a quick meal, but the owner said he really likes Korea and gave great service. I was full, but the food was all so delicious that I ate it all!! If I go to Florence in the future, I definitely want to go again!! I finally get to write a review. Thank you so much, Rooster owner, for leaving me with good memories♡

05/01/2025: The location is very suggestive...the outside directly overlooks the Arno...the inside however is very elegant and welcoming...the cuisine is excellent...the cuts of meat are well cooked and very good quality...the burgers are excellent...also very good the desserts especially the millefeuille Buontalenti...the staff is very kind and helpful
05/01/2025: Very positive experience with two little girls. We went for lunch yesterday with two two-year-old girls and we will definitely be back: very friendly welcome, impeccable service and very tasty burgers. We left the table very satisfied. Well done 👏
