The pizza at "Dietro Le Mura" has always been good, but for the past few months, it's been spectacular!!! The ingredients are top-quality, and Salvo and all the staff are always kind, helpful, and welcoming! For me, pizza is only available at "Dietro Le Mura" now!

As a huge Margherita fan, I can say that Salvo's pizza encompasses three fundamental elements that make it truly special: Quality, because every ingredient is carefully selected and perfectly balanced. Passion, which you can taste in every bite. Experience, the fruit of years of work and constant dedication. A pizza that immediately wins you over and makes you want to come back. In fact, every Wednesday evening, Salvo's pizza is on our table. Always better than the week before!! 😎🍕 Highly recommended!

The best pizza in Catania and its province. Pizza chef Salvo welcomes everyone with a smile, offering a rich menu with many pizzas, appetizers, and delicious side dishes. A family atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. Excellent value for money. I will definitely return and recommend it.

I go there very often, we've become regulars. They serve excellent, large pizza, and they also have meat and salad menus. But the staff really makes the difference, because they make you feel at home right away with a warm welcome. Kvety, the manager, is the restaurant's strong point and is wonderful and always ready with a joke! Highly recommended 🥂

They were incredibly kind. We had pizzas: delicious! The quality/price ratio was excellent. The staff was professional and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs even though we arrived on time... impossible.

From the appetizers to the dessert, every course was a delight. The service was equally impressive, the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home in this charming setting. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a Micheline star experience in a stunning location!
02/11/2025: We returned after three years, and the food remains excellent. The restaurant service suffered due to the number of guests, and unfortunately, there were some inattentiveness. The spa is intimate and comfortable. The room could be improved.

15/08/2025: IT FEELS AT HOME! A truly relaxing and satisfying experience: delicious food; wonderful hospitality from Mrs. Teresa; simple and refined atmosphere. Today I had lunch with a delicious plate of hot and cold appetizers (caponata, salami and pancetta, sheep's cheese, fried vegetables in batter, baked egg, eggplant cutlet and parmigiana, sun-dried and gratinated tomatoes, bell pepper roll, pickled olives); then two first courses: macaroni al ferretto (alla norma, and with hazelnut and pancetta sauce); a second course of baked pancetta with breadcrumbs and a pepper and tomato filling, with a side of baked potatoes; a slice of ice cream cake with black cherry syrup; bread (delicious, perfectly baked from crust to crumb!), water, Coke, wine; and coffee at the end. All at a very discounted price, and above all, with the feeling of having delicious food as if you were at home, in an environment that even when it was full remained reasonably quiet and without any noise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
31/05/2025: È da molti anni che conosciamo il Sig. Mario e la famiglia Bonaccorso. Al solito il pranzo è stato all'altezza delle aspettative dagli antipasti, ai 2 primi (sedani al ragù di vitello con finocchietto selvatico e tortellini ai funghi porcini conditi con speck e nocciola) al secondo e al dolce. Consigliato.
