Super busy, nice bartender with good sense of humor. To the Owner who responded to my review...You might not want to poke at me about not giving 5 stars. I could have mentioned some seriously negative things. I chose not to because I liked the place, the concept and I am being a nice person... So...3 Stars

We went for a birthday, we ate a sandwich and some fried food. Generous portions and good quality/price ratio. A little slow in the service but then the evening continued with karaoke and we had a lot of fun

Fantastic Spaghetti alla carbonara! Great atmosphere! Great menu deals! And last but not least, the bar lady was outstandingly attentive and friendly. She noticed something was off with my chair and personally changed it before I knew it, and also found not one but two electric outlets for me to charge my phone. ❤️

Very nice place, fast service and good food. We left happy because Manuela was really very kind in serving us. After leaving we realized that we had lost the ATM, luckily she found it and kept it safe. 5 stars for Empire and 10 for Manuela. Thank you!

Restaurante historico, no centro da cidade, com aparencia historica, remete aos restaurantes do seculos passados. A comida é fantastica, na tradição bolognesa mais pura. Tagliatelle al ragu, cotoletta alla bolognese, carrinhos dos bolliti. Imperdivel!

Per me resta il N 1 anche dopo aver cambiato location e gestione. Consiglio soprattutto i tortellini in brodo (i piu’ buoni di Bologna) e il gelato di crema. Tutto ottimo. Si trova in pieno centro.

Trattoria Collegio di Spagna

14/04/2025: We loved this guy! We mangled enough Italian to buy a couple of morning caffè corretti and he joined us in a pre-breakfast grappa — what a legend! If we lived in Bologna this is exactly where we’d want to come every day for our morning coffee.
12/04/2025: Nice and pleasant local bar with some tables on a little place in front of a church. The team is very gentle and kind. Nice atmosphere. A small Mercatino on the right hand side of the church.
