Deus Cafe In Milano

We have always gone to this place for a drink after dinner and we almost always had a good time, nice location and prices in the Milanese average. This time we organized a dinner with colleagues to celebrate Christmas (three-course meat/fish menu for €65 including a bottle of wine for every 4 people). The food itself was average, nothing outstanding but we didn't expect anything more. However, I would like to point out two points ONE: We start with a "welcome" glass of wine which we later discovered was not included in the menu (probably our fault for not having asked). Aside from the price and the fact that it was not included in the menu, the wine was undrinkable. Nobody expects to drink Sassicaia al calie, but not even a discount wine that has been open for days and left out of the fridge. SECOND: dessert. Panettone and pandoro inedible, dry and tasteless. Given the price of €65 per person, at least have the decency to bring an edible dessert. In summary, an experience not to be repeated. A place that is certainly good in the Milanese area for going for a drink after dinner but for dinner it is absolutely to be avoided, at least as regards fixed menu group dinners.

The place is nice but a little too dark (depending on where you are you might struggle to read the menu). The normal service, there are a lot of people so you have to wait a moment for them to notice your presence but then they are quick to serve you. The drink was watered down but the wine was good

Very nice for an aperitif with friends.

A certainty when I want to be on the safe side, superior food, try dinners and today also Brunch for the first time: everything is delicious and tasteful.

Excellent place for an aperitif.

Unfortunately I found it worse than the last time I was. The dishes arrived cold (even the eggs), not very "tasty" and even the club sandwich (the one in the photo) made me feel a little sad... I don't know... I had memories of much better and quality brunches... Sin..

Despite an incident where although we had booked for a table outside we had to wait as the table had already been given the staff were very helpful and we only had to wait a few minutes for a table, the place is very nice both the outside and the inside The entire interior is well decorated, and the shop is very nice. Moving on to the menu, the price is low considering the area (roughly everything between €11 and €15) but the quality is superb, both the second course of the day (octopus) and the deus burger are truly excellent, as for the desserts (tiramisu , pancakes , borwnies and tart) were all average.

Good food and excellent service in a pleasant environment

A cafe restaurant with very nice ambiance. Their service speed is relatively good compared to other places around Isola. You can eat aperitivo outside, however we were told that we shall have reservation inside to dine. Their aperitivo snacks and hamburger is good. Wine selection is limited but enough to have with those snacks.

We arrived late, around 10.15pm on a Friday evening, but having booked we had our table and were able to have dinner. Try the tacos and the Fiorentina, excellent plating and taste. We asked for it in blood and it arrived as requested. They have excellent blonde and red Leffe on tap. Finally a Moscow Mule, nice rich, nice place we will return.
