I returned to Sensorium after years... and the experience was even more surprising than the first time. A simply extraordinary experience. Every detail is meticulously curated, in a charming location in the heart of Milan. It's not just a simple dinner, but a true sensory journey: each dish amazes with its balance, delicacy, and thoughtfulness, with unexpected pairings. The drinks accompany the experience impeccably, enhancing every flavor. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff guides you with expertise and passion throughout the experience, making you feel part of something unique. It's not something that can be fully explained: it's an experience to be LIVED!!!!!!! And once you've tried it... it's hard not to want to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

An experience OUT OF THE ORDINARY. I'd been told it wasn't just a simple restaurant, but I never imagined I'd find myself in another dimension. It's not just about the food (which, by the way, is top-notch), but a true sensory journey. Every detail is designed to fully engage you: sounds, lights, aromas, atmospheres... everything contributes to making you experience something that goes far beyond a simple dinner. A 360° experience, capable of surprising you from start to finish. I won't add anything else so as not to spoil the discovery for those lucky enough to try it!

The theme of the evening: Ayahuasca. Sensorium was a truly magical experience, I dare say. Prepare yourselves for an out-of-the-ordinary experience; in fact, it's an experience to be enjoyed with an open mind. The tasting sessions were greatly appreciated and truly touched all five of our senses. The chef even stayed with us for a chat after dinner, and I absolutely recommend him!

After last night's UNIQUE experience, I feel like recommending this sensory journey to everyone, at least once in their lives, as it allows you to experience another dimension. It's not just about tasting extraordinarily diverse, complex, and high-quality dishes, but about seeking something almost unreal, when in fact every ingredient is more vital than you could imagine... and true kudos goes to the guys who made this journey happen for us and who study day after day to create all this.
