Dinner for two, a lovely experience I recommend trying once... the service, the intimate atmosphere, and the "spectacle" created with lights and music are truly meticulous, engaging, and unique! In my opinion, the only flaw is the food... it's not up to the level of the service and the scenographic experience, and that's no small thing: after a menu with several courses (I think about ten), we were still hungry when we left, so we opted for a sandwich. Anyway, the idea is great, and for a dinner that's different from the usual, it's worth going. Well done!

We saw the Ayahusca show. It was a truly interesting experience! There are many clever details, while others are a bit clumsy, even ridiculous (the vibration of the water!). From a taste perspective, the first three dishes are very successful, but the following ones are less so. The rice pudding is rather bland (sorry). THE real highlight is the drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Both combinations are original and delicious! Don't miss them!

An experience that involves all 5 senses, prepare to be amazed and involved in a real journey that will take you into a parallel dimension and take you back home by the hand. Forget about the restaurant concept as you know it and let yourself be carried away.

Overall the experience is positive but above all I would say unique. You have to like the concept which I repeat is unique but if you go there with the sole aim of tasting particular dishes you could be very disappointed. On a gastronomic level, to be honest, there are several places in Milan where you eat much better. That said, the combination of food, sounds, colors and story told by the chef during the evening is worth at least one visit in a lifetime. In short, if I have to evaluate only the culinary aspect, the expense incurred is totally out of scale, but if you evaluate the sensorial aspect of the experience the amount spent is also acceptable (we are talking about approx. 150 euros). The only real flaw in my opinion is the pairing, whether it is non-alcoholic or full-alcoholic I find it decidedly improvable, small in quantity, disconnected from what you eat and barely perceptible compared to the descriptions given, I do not recommend taking it.

Second time in this “restaurant not restaurant” and I witnessed two different sensory experiences! The first one (Ayahuasca) I can only give a 10 with honors: stimulation of the 5 senses and umami far beyond what can be described to the point that during the end of the experience through the sweet and a voice in the background I got emotional and cried. Second experience (Artificial stupidity) slightly less positive as I did not have the same emotions: perceived more as a discovery and an experience related to food: but still my vote is 8 1/2 I can only say that once in a lifetime you have to try certain experiences: I remain more and more intrigued by what can come out of the head of the “chef” Federico and I wait enthusiastically to live another experience

Special evening at Sensorium. Very difficult to convey the sensations and emotions that this experience gives. It must be experienced, period. Nothing traditional, usual, known. Here they "invent" the ingredients that are NOT used. Behind the final result there is an accurate and deep study of food chemistry, gastronomic history and excellent productions. The making of some dishes, above all "clams with spaghetti" and the "fake miso anchovy", is obsessive and very demanding with amazing results. If you want to go back to something more "traditional" there is the monkfish with anduia and black lemon which in my opinion is amazing!! The environment is minimal but very convivial. Very engaging and never banal musical compilation, lights, scents, the cell phone to call the AI, the "screw it" dessert to compose.... and the final bread and ham are unforgettable. The owner and chef Federico Rottigni accompanied by the very kind Lara are a source of interesting news and anecdotes that make the evening very pleasant. The service is impeccable, as is the alcoholic pairing that allows you to appreciate absolutely amazing "liquids". Well done, well done!!!

Do not expect anything. Just go and enjoy. You can take it seriously or super lightly and with fun. Up to you and your party. The staff will accommodate you and will not enforce any opinions. It's up to you to decide what's going on. I was impressed with hight quality ingredients. I also appreciate the creativity and the element of surprise. My party left absolutely satisfied. I encourage you to have a chat with the staff at the end. It's the people behind the experience that make it last forever. Hope you'll give it a go! We will be back one day :)

17/10/2025: I had the pleasure of trying the tasting menu recommended by the chef for the month of October, and I must say it was a truly amazing experience. Every course was meticulously crafted, from the plating to the flavors, the highest-quality products, and the thoughtful pairings. The service was impeccable and professional. The price was also a pleasant surprise, completely fair, especially considering the level of the culinary experience. The location is truly charming, with a rustic yet refined atmosphere, soft lighting that creates an intimate and welcoming atmosphere in the evening. Located in a quiet area of ​​the Ticino Park with ample parking available. Highly recommended!
14/10/2025: Dinner with friends, seated at two round tables joined together, so not exactly comfortable, we felt like two separate groups. The staff wasn't particularly efficient; for bread and water, we had to ask for it for three people. Excellent cannonao risotto, good cold cuts.

12/10/2025: The dishes are quite homely, a bit Taiwanese, and the taste is not strong. The braised meat is quite flavorful, the vegetables are also stir-fried very clearly, and the pickled mustard greens or sauerkraut-based soup is also quite delicious. Overall it is good.
