We've been told about this restaurant for a long time, but we came here for the first time. And it’s immediately clear why it is so famous; in fact, this is just a restaurant for a good evening, where you want to bring all your friends For the first time I saw how the waiter not only put on a bib for us, but also crushed the claws for us and fed us from a fork. Very unusual!

A restaurant where you can spend time at ease, pampered by patient and very smart waiters. Even in the outdoor area you can dine very well, a peaceful atmosphere. The food is good, unfortunately I won't say wow, because in the grilled fish the swordfish was a bit "dry" and there was also some breaded sea bass!!! Even for the spaghetti with seafood I didn't tear my hair out. Overall, however, I give it a positive rating.

Locale carino de accogliente. Mario ci ha seguiti e coccolati per tutta la sera. La qualità delle materie prime lavorate con maestria rendono tutti i piatti fantastici. Ottima la cantina con una proposta orientata su tutto il territorio italiano ed estero Complimenti

Il Delfino blu non delude mai ! La qualità del pesce e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff ha reso la cena estremamente piacevole, soprattutto la professionalità e la simpatia del cameriere Mario !

09/05/2025: I've been going there often for years now with my family, not only for the gluten-free focaccias but also for the excellent pizza. The dough is really good and very digestible. The ingredients are top quality. The place is really very small but welcoming. The managers are courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy an excellent pizza. The sweet focaccia with Nutella and the fruit one are also very good.

11/05/2025: Very well kept place. Kind and precise staff. Very high level cuisine with some really interesting ideas. The only slight flaw was the service being a little slow... but it was worth the wait given the dishes presented.
09/05/2025: We had dinner there two days. Starters, mains, all with truffle, excellent. Very friendly staff, they give you a small, very elaborate and delicious appetizer. The steak tartare with truffle is incredible, the pasta, risotto, everything delicious
