We were there last night to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. Mario welcomed us and looked after us throughout the dinner, professionally, discreetly, and kindly. His advice was excellent. All the fish was cooked and raw. There were 12 of us (including 5 young people). We had a wonderful time. The fish was excellent, in a refined and very well-kept setting. I forgot. We also drank very well. Perhaps a little too much... but not overdoing it. We will definitely be back. Compliments to Chef Peter. Thank you for helping make this evening unique.

È sicuramente il posto più ambito in Torino... Ma il delfino blu non e solamente un ristorante di pesce il delfino blu è la storia della ristorazione di Torino il cavaliere Peter vi aprirà la porta alla sua cucina fina e perfetta grazie di questa bellissima esperienza

Accoglienza sempre all'altezza della situazione e suggerimenti che ci hanno fatto fare un pranzo eccellente sia come qualità che come servizio. La differenza l'ha fatta comunque Pino, un gentleman di altri tempi discreto ma presente ma soprattutto ha conquistato i miei ospiti con un omaggio di ostriche graditissimo. A torino è il mio punto di riferimento per i pranzi di lavoro.
