Fabulous. I went back because I found the fish very good. This time a little late for the dessert (expected for almost 25 minutes) and the heat in the room.

A corner of maritime paradise on the outskirts of Turin, a dream environment worthy of princesses and ladies of other times... The splendid owners, the dishes FROM DANTE'S PARADISE,: an excellent selection of wines... 5 stars are few! Good work... keep up the good work! 💪

Without a doubt very good dishes, fresh raw materials, in my opinion a little basic in flavours, nothing that stood out in the mouth... excellent service with an attentive and fast waiter, excellent desserts, the bill in my opinion a little high... not disproportionate but a little above average.

Always a high level restaurant, delicious and plentiful dishes, a paella for two that seemed like it was for 6 people and really complete with everything, wonderful presentation with very elegant trays on the table. Table service with some advice from the chef says a lot about the quality of the service. You pay for what you get. Really highly recommended

Without a doubt POSITIVE experience! The quality of the raw materials is very high. The place appears well-kept, clean and above all refined. Upon entering you are immediately addicted to a fishy scent that puts a strain on the wait (albeit very short) to start the meal. The prices are absolutely in line with what is offered. The service was attentive and efficient, a dynamic ANTONIO ran around the room always attentive and polite, never missing anything from the table. We will definitely be back!

Locale carino de accogliente. Mario ci ha seguiti e coccolati per tutta la sera. La qualità delle materie prime lavorate con maestria rendono tutti i piatti fantastici. Ottima la cantina con una proposta orientata su tutto il territorio italiano ed estero Complimenti

Il Delfino blu non delude mai ! La qualità del pesce e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff ha reso la cena estremamente piacevole, soprattutto la professionalità e la simpatia del cameriere Mario !

27/01/2025: I passed by this hotel again almost by chance after a year and a half... I had stayed 4 nights using the 4x2 vouchers from the Piedmont Region and I remembered that I had never reviewed the property. Excellent food experience...menu with fresh and genuine ingredients. However, a negative experience in the service: the lady who was in charge of table and cash desk service indirectly made me understand on 2 occasions (I won't go into details) that I was not a welcome guest... perhaps because I had come using vouchers or because I had dietary needs particulars (I have to exclude gluten and dairy products due to intolerances)... in any case I won't go back again.. the 3 stars are exclusively for the catering at dinner.

16/02/2025: Excellent experience both in terms of the service - very kind and attentive to our needs - and in terms of the dishes, delicious! We had dinner with two little girls and we had a really good time. Excellent quality/price ratio. Advised!
