Absolutely loved Drago. We (2 couples from Detroit, USA) ordered multiple items…artichoke, carbonara, salad, octopus, and wine. All was wonderful. Fabio was our server and he was so much fun! Great atmosphere, food, and people.

I have been frequenting the Dar Sor Olimpio al Drago restaurant for years and I can say with certainty that every time it is like coming home. The welcoming and familiar atmosphere, combined with the constant quality of the cuisine, makes every visit a special experience. Gricia, for example, is always a must, and the version with artichokes is a true masterpiece, while artichokes cooked at low temperatures are a delicacy that never fails to surprise me. Each dish is prepared with care and passion, and you can perceive the quality of the ingredients, very fresh and carefully selected. Special praise goes to Irene, who, with her great competence and friendliness, always manages to make every lunch or dinner special. She is a true wine expert and her advice is always spot on, managing to perfectly pair each dish with the right wine. Her attention to detail and friendliness make every customer feel like part of the family. Desserts are also always an excellent conclusion to every meal: prepared with love and taste, they are the final touch that makes every Dar Sor Olimpio al Drago experience truly complete. Ultimately, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy tasty dishes, impeccable service and an atmosphere that feels like home. It is a place that over time has become a real institution, and every visit is always a pleasure that never disappoints.

Adorable, pleasant, charming, fun.

Just perfect, really. You can just feel the owner's depth of care. My mother, sister and I had an absolutely amazing dinner here and as you can see, it just hit home, especially after a couple of misses in other places in the area. We just loved everything, from the genuinely friendly and kind hosts who looked after us to the wine, food and desert. The attention to detail. The cozy intimate atmosphere. We're grateful to have had the chance to dine here and definitely hope to be back. Thank you!

Real Italian trattoria, very nice wine list, very friendly owners, exceptional carbonaras

Authentic restaurant, less touristy than many in Rome. The caccio e pepe pasta is excellent, and the octopus starter is also delicious. I recommend 100%.
