Giorgio P (3 reviews) Seattle, Washington Fraschetta DOC. Absolutely worth a try The service jokingly described by themselves as "crappy", but in reality friendly, prompt and welcoming. There were 4 of us. We chose the fixed menu for €15 which includes a starter platter, a first course of your choice and a quarter of wine. We ate very well. Quality cold cuts and mozzarella, including a slice of good porchetta. Gricia, carbonara and cacio e pepe prepared very well and abundant. Homemade bread of excellent quality. What more can I say... We will return and spread the word. Thank you

A couple of friends from Milan came to visit me. I knew I would make a good impression as always. Excellent and abundant, especially interpersonal relationships, which are scarce up north.

A simple place but be careful which bathroom you go to, one of the two is a bit particular, nothing to say about the food in fact I would say that I ate very well and all typical Roman things if I find out again in this area I will definitely go back I ate to bursting and spent a stupid €20 to try

Fraschetta tipica e casareccia. Molto affollata e quindi è meglio prenotare. Antipasti molto appetitosi salumi formaggi yporchetta. Pane casareccio buonissimo. Primi piatti abbondanti e vari. Secondi di carne buonissimi e alla fine dolci ciambellone amaro prezzi ottimi. Servizio ottimo ma la domenica c'è un po' di rallentamento vista l'affluenza. Ritornerò sicuramente

25/05/2025: I only gave it a five because it couldn't be given a ten. Excellent, simple and authentic cuisine. Honest and efficient service. Cacio e pepe and amatriciana at their best, we regret not having had the rabbit, but we'll be back!

23/05/2025: If you like to eat good traditional food and be served with kindness and professionalism this is the right place. I recommend it. PS: Better to book.
20/05/2025: Always always a guarantee. The first courses are unrivaled not in Pigneto, in all of Rome. Meatballs with yogurt sauce are essential, ceciata, vignaiola, picchiapó... all delicious. If I have a guest passing through Rome I always take him to them. The waitress with the braids (whose name I don't remember) is my favorite but in general everyone is polite.
