The rating I give isn't for the quality of the products, which are excellent, but for some of the employees. I ordered a cake over the phone, as I often do from them, but the last time I encountered a grumpy person who insinuated that the cake I requested wouldn't be possible for the number of people I'd asked for. Since it's a cake I've already ordered four times, I told her they've always made it for me, but she insinuated that it was impossible for me to have ever gotten it from them. After clarifying that the cake I wanted was indeed possible but I'd forgotten to add the right adjective to make myself clear, we agreed on the flavor. I asked for crunchy pearls, which they've always added, but I was told that they don't use them, but they use chocolate chips. What a shame, because this way they're losing customers who have always trusted you.

Without a doubt, the best desserts in all of Italy, and the hot chocolate is a delight. They have their own laboratory where they prepare their own ingredients, so everything is top quality. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and Pamela did an excellent job, apart from speaking Spanish. It would definitely be a place I would visit again!
