I am celiac and I had the opportunity to eat some excellent appetizers and excellent gluten-free pizza. The pizza dough is super! Staff attentive to contamination. The place is present in the AIC circuit. I also recommend this place to people with celiac disease!

Fundamental premise: it is not the pizzeria that was previously called DAMA but a completely new small pizzeria managed by a young and very courteous family staff! The room is small but welcoming. I found the pizza very good with particular attention to the quality of the raw materials. The gluten-free pizza is one of the best, if not the best, I have ever eaten (we have been living with celiac disease for 10 years and have been looking for a good pizza) with an excellent dough and above all with the right consistency and not spongy! The fried foods are excellent, dry and tasty, and all gluten-free! I have come to this pizzeria several times and today I also tried the pizza by the slice for the first time, which was truly exceptional (especially the gluten-free pizza by the slice). Congratulations indeed!

Siamo stati in questa pizzeria perché sapevamo che offriva opzioni senza glutine, ma siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi nel trovare un intero menù dedicato ai celiaci, inclusi i dolci! L’attenzione alla sicurezza alimentare è evidente, il personale è preparato e disponibile, e la qualità del cibo è eccellente. Le pizze senza glutine sono tra le migliori che abbiamo mai provato: impasto leggero, ben cotto e con un sapore delizioso. Un posto perfetto per chi ha esigenze alimentari particolari, ma anche per chi semplicemente ama mangiare bene. Torneremo sicuramente!

Una pizzeria che ti accoglie con il profumo della pizza cotta nel forno a legna. Un piccolo angolo prezioso per noi celiaci dove troviamo una vasta scelta di pizze e buonissimi fritti (le crocchette di patate sono fantastiche!). I dolci sono golosissimi e freschi. Gentilezza, professionalità e attenzione completano un bellissimo quadro artigianale che merita essere visitato. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

This place offers a wide choice of gluten-free dishes, from appetizers (croquettes, arancini and much more) to pizzas, up to desserts such as cheesecake, tiramisu and panna cotta. All without giving up taste and quality! The pizza is simply fantastic: light dough, well-leavened and cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. Even the fried foods are crunchy and tasty, truly impeccable. The only exception to gluten-free are the calzones and hot dogs, but otherwise the menu is complete and varied. The staff is welcoming and attentive, ready to satisfy every need. The evening was unforgettable: excellent food, convivial atmosphere and service with attention to detail.
