Excellent appetizers and excellent gluten-free pizza. The pizza dough is super! The place is not in the AiC circuit but the staff is still well informed about celiac disease and attentive to contamination. I also recommend this place to celiacs!

Being celiac I relied on the reviews I read. Recently arrived on vacation in Montesilvani, I must say that my partner and I were amazed by the goodness of the pizza. The initial fried foods were not greasy at all but very good. All accompanied by the courtesy of the staff. What can I say...we will return!

Fundamental premise: it is not the pizzeria that was previously called DAMA but a completely new small pizzeria managed by a young and very courteous family staff! The room is small but welcoming. I found the pizza very good with particular attention to the quality of the raw materials. The gluten-free pizza is one of the best, if not the best, I have ever eaten (we have been living with celiac disease for 10 years and have been looking for a good pizza) with an excellent dough and above all with the right consistency and not spongy! The fried foods are excellent, dry and tasty, and all gluten-free! I have come to this pizzeria several times and today I also tried the pizza by the slice for the first time, which was truly exceptional (especially the gluten-free pizza by the slice). Congratulations indeed!
