As is common today, most of the trattorias have settled down, far from population centres, in the green countryside which, while beautiful and relaxing, involves, on the other hand, a long and sometimes tortuous journey to reach them. In this case it's worth it. The food is simple but tasty and does not disappoint expectations, being able to enjoy tasty first courses as well as an abundant appetizer, the staff is courteous and there are no parking problems due to the large space available. Good value for money. Advised.

I go often for many reasons..The dishes are good from the starters, to the first courses and the excellent second courses, plus I found from Mariarosa, Franca and Ninuzzu, that just by looking at them you bow down, friendliness, good service and hygiene..

Eccellente. Tutto buonissimo, la comanda viene presa da una delle titolari che è l’eccellenza della gentilezza. Antipasto buono, primi piatti da 10 e lode anche nelle quantità. Abbiamo preso i maccheroni di pasta fresca col ragù di suino nero dei nebrodi (i migliori che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia fin’ora) e al pistacchio. Ci ritornerò appena sarò in zona

An authentic restaurant with local and delicious dishes, the service is very friendly and you feel at home 😀😀😀 We tasted the antipasto, the pasta, the desserts, everything is delicious and homemade. A nice little touch with the homemade Limoncello that was offered to us. Located in the heights of Sant’Agata di Militello we had dinner with a pleasant temperature, very appreciated for recovering from a sunny day at the beach. If you appreciate tranquility and authentic dishes, we can only recommend this restaurant. We will definitely come back 👍
