A greeting and a big thank you to the mother and daughters of this small but well-kept place for the excellent food, especially the spectacular crepes with the flavors of the lard and the freshness of the diced tomatoes which create a perfect combination. Thank you for your kindness and for the advice on how to serve the lard that we purchased in a certainly alternative way that you can only discover by going to the Tecchiaiolo and asking for their advice.....

Alla fine del paese, cioè a 5 minuti a piedi dall'inizio, ci fermiamo in questo localino che ci avevano conaigliato persone del posto. Tagliere di assoluta qualità in un ambiente che più semplice e schietto non potrebbe essere. Una vera meraviglia! La signora sibera svegliata presto per fare il pane (superlativo), la crostata, i canticci. Il lardo del tagliere, ma anche il formaggio ed il prosciutto crudo: una vera delizia! Unica al mondo la crêpe al lardo e pomodorini. Abbiamo anche assaggiato un liquore locale, il persichetto, che non dimenticheremo. Assolutamente consigliato!

At the end of the town, just a 5 minute walk from the start, we stopped at a delightful little place recommended by some locals. The cutting board was of exceptional quality, in a simple and authentic setting. A true marvel! The lady, who wakes up early, prepares superlative bread, along with tarts and cantucci. The lard on the cutting board, together with the cheese and raw ham, is a real delight! The crêpe with lard and cherry tomatoes is unmissable. We also had the opportunity to taste a local liqueur, persichetto, which will remain in our memories. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic! A corner of sweetness without forgetting tradition, under the Apuan Alps in the heart of the land of lard! Erika, Ramona and their mother are exquisite people as are the things you will find here! Super platters and crepes! I leave a summary of my snacks, now a second home

On Saturday we went to this creperie to taste the local products and we were pleasantly surprised Great prices and super quality All three welcomed us, making us feel at home and giving us information about the area It was a very pleasant experience as it felt like we were at home The lard is the absolute protagonist together with all the other delicious products we tasted Deborah and Gianluca

I Tre Archi Da Casale

20/05/2025: We passed through Aulla with the intention of getting to Tre Archi, because we had heard great things about Panigacci. We found a small but welcoming environment, once we were seated they showed us the varieties available and we immediately lit up. The Panigacci were delicious, excellent cured meats and cheeses that accompanied the Panigacci. We saw nearby tables ordering the first courses that were really beautiful to look at and I think also delicious, since they cleaned the plates. The prices are fair and the quality excellent. The place is family run and we were welcomed like friends, the girl who served us and explained everything was very kind. We will definitely return and not just to eat the Panigacci, the desserts were also excellent, obviously homemade and of high quality.
