The use of wholemeal flour to make the dough is the thing I liked most, otherwise everything was average, very standard raw materials and condiments with no particular research in terms of recipes and organic products or anything else of the kind.

Non è la prima volta che mangio in questo posto ed è sicuramente una delle piadine più buone che abbia mai mangiato a Bologna. Leggera, buonissima e con ingredienti di qualità che si adattano alle stagioni. Un complimento va anche alla cortesia e gentilezza. È una tappa fissa quando mi trovo a Bologna.
