Absolutely the best restaurant in Livigno! All preparations, from the garnishes of the dishes to the bitters, are homemade. The dining room staff were very kind, they explained us in detail and made us appreciate each course. The Pizöcar Livignosca and the Merenda Livignasca are absolutely worth trying! The desserts seem expensive on paper, but they are an experience that is so worth it!

I was in this enchanting restaurant, warm welcome from polite and trained staff, cooking is an art and what differentiates a place that I define as normal from an exceptional one like Dal Passero and the ability to make simple, quality products unique and infinitely good. Interesting dinner with traditional dishes out of the ordinary. The service was excellent with explanations of the various courses, much appreciated for those who, like us, are not from the area. The place is very nice and clean.

Hospitality that makes you feel not only welcome but particularly respected, food that is not at all obvious, for the type of proposal, for the care taken in preparation, for the presentation (verbal and otherwise). I find the price of the desserts a little out of scale, net of the "homemade" preparation and the quality of the raw materials.
