More than typical cuisine, I would define it as ancient, following the old local recipes and the seasonality of the ingredients. Exquisite and balanced dishes, prepared with wisdom and, it seems, with passion. Impeccable service, very kind and prepared staff. Familiar and friendly atmosphere. We returned two consecutive nights to try more dishes and the second time we would have returned the third if we had not had to leave. Highly recommended, a restaurant of another category.

There are no words to describe a meal like this.
Everything perfect, with impeccable service. They told us about the menu without becoming pestering, they recommended an excellent local wine, typical quality products and recipes that are difficult to find as they are typical things of the past.
The only thing that can be said is compliments to all the staff
