We book attracted by the excellent reviews and find full confirmation of what we have read. The menu is original, refined, valorising local products. The service and hospitality are top notch. To have no doubts about our review, we returned a few days later: we found ourselves (if possible) even better. Congratulations: keep up the good work!

It doesn't take much to make customers have a pleasant experience, but it also takes a lot of intelligence and professionalism to do it well. The Dal Passero dinner was truly an excellent experience in its entirety. A la carte menu with proposals that are not at all obvious; traditional dishes that present interesting reinterpretations (like their pizzoccheri!) that clearly reveal the "chef's hand", adding that extra something that makes you want to return, right from the start of the service. Attentive and friendly service, all the staff pampered us from start to finish. Well done, we had a great time with you and we will see you again soon!

Fantastic evening with practically unobtainable wines, a dumpling with a divinely good broth, risotto with ice cream (insanely apt combination), boiled sheep meat with infinite processing...chocolate drop, caramel and dandelion coffee...all this is Dal Passero and the fantastic chef Paolo!!!!

Local located at the end of the town of Livigno 500m from the lake. It is well furnished inside and with an external veranda. The waiter is very welcoming and ready to explain the most particular dishes in detail. The dishes are a little special but really good. We ate pizzocchero di Livigno, tortello with goat's ricotta, boiled sheep, sliced ​​real cheese, tiramisu revisited with blueberries, 2 medium beers and 2 coffees spending €106. In addition we were offered an entree and at the end 2 bitters from place. The dishes, as I repeat, are particular but very good. I RECOMMEND.

Wat een verwennerij hier! Heerlijk gevarieerd eten, voornamelijk lokale gerechten, en een grote keuze aan al even heerlijke wijnen. Ook de bediening was zeer aangenaam en correct.

Consigliato da amici. Bel ristorante vicino al centro di Livigno. Arredato in stile montano. Menù con piatti tipici locali rivisitati, alcuni particolari, ma da assaggiare. Tutto davvero buono e servizio molto curato. Personale molto gentile e competente, siccome ci hanno fatto aspettare 5 min in più per una bottiglia d'acqua ci hanno anche fatto lo sconto. Prezzi più elevati rispetto alla media ma giustificati dalla qualità.
