The structure is not beautiful but the cuisine is superb I ate there twice and tried different dishes but I didn't find any flaws everything was perfect

For three days straight, we devoured the excellent homemade pasta, trying different sauces, all of which were delicious. Excellent value and generous portions. Highly recommended.

Classic trattoria, friendly and helpful staff. The food is standard, everything is good, but I would have expected the wild boar ragù (we're in Norcia) to be a little better.

We went to this restaurant based on the excellent reviews, hoping to try the truffle dishes, a specialty of the place. Although the service was very good and fast, and the wait staff was friendly, the food, in our opinion, didn't live up to expectations. In particular, the truffle dishes (appetizers and stringozzi pasta) lacked the flavor of truffle; this is absurd given the large amount of truffle on the plates. The pasta itself was good, probably homemade, but the truffle flavor was absent. The other non-truffle first course we ordered, however, was very good and flavorful. The desserts were average, neither great nor bad. Total bill €70 for two (half appetizer, one first course each, and one dessert each with a bottle of wine).

What a spectacle. The gentleman who served us was friendly, professional, and a true gentleman. The food was top-notch. I rarely leave a review. This place was worth it. The only drawback is that it's a bit out of the center. But if you want quality food and a reasonable price, you have to come here.
