The "fuoricasello" app suggested various options along our route. We booked on the website! A modern setting with an open kitchen. Very friendly staff. We tried two first courses: bigoli and pumpkin tortelli. Then a portion of torta delle rose. Everything was delicious. We had some difficulty getting to the restaurant when we were practically there. Perhaps the traffic system had been changed... the signs led to a road that was impassable next to the many businesses and restaurants. Only after several minutes did we find the solution by continuing towards a roundabout and there we were. January 2026

Good food in a modern and welcoming setting. A wide selection of dishes, pizzas, appetizers, first and second courses, and a good wine list. Good value.

Salamensa is a truly welcoming place. Leading the way is the owner, who just yesterday greeted us at the entrance with great enthusiasm, an emotion that immediately spread to the entire staff. A small gesture speaks volumes: the child at our table dropped his toy, and the owner immediately intervened, picking it up personally. We were about to do it ourselves, of course, but there wasn't time. Such thoughtfulness is by no means a given. The food, of course, is worth it: it's no coincidence that the restaurant is featured in the Michelin Guide, which, in my opinion, is very reliable when it comes to selecting restaurants. The menu offers truly excellent value. A round of applause for the "leavened" biscuits and sbrisolona cake. I often get them to take away: they're excellent, fresh even after several days, perfect for a hearty breakfast or to share with friends. The price is decidedly low for the quality offered. To top it all off, the restaurant's design is truly beautiful. Well done.

We came to celebrate a birthday with 17 people, we were won over by the kindness of the teams and the accuracy of the dishes from the simplest like the frito misto which was to die for to the most sophisticated like the tuna taglia 👌🏻, and the highlight of the show was a birthday number cake which was exquisite.

Crossing the threshold of this restaurant is like entering a treatise on decadent aesthetics, where culinary art is contaminated by human tragedy and the sublime coexists, without permission, with the abyss. At the center of this stage stands the figure of the chef, Riccardo Talia, a character seemingly lifted from an apocryphal page. In the kitchen, the maestro not only masters the stove, but the entire spectrum of bodily passions. Between a thoughtful soffritto and a reduction taken to the extreme, he releases telluric miasmas, primordial effluvia that spread like an olfactory counterpoint to the symphony of dishes. This is not vulgarity, but rather an ontological declaration: the body, here, is never denied. Such exhalations are followed by tears. Real, dense, almost liturgical tears that fall onto the work surface like a secular baptism of the raw material. It is in tears that Talia seems to find the measure of salt; It's in the agony that refines the cooking. Every hiccup is a critical act against the supposed sterility of contemporary haute cuisine. The result? Dishes that shock. Not always for their balance, but always for their truth. You leave stunned, certainly transformed. This is not a place for those seeking comfort: it's a restaurant for those who accept that gastronomy, like life, is made of smells and sounds. An experience not recommended: it's endured. And precisely for this reason, it's remembered.

What can I say? We organized an event with about fifty guests. From the very first moment of planning with Mrs. Ambra, we immediately felt pampered. The cuisine was amazing, the selection and service excellent, and the ingredients were top-quality. Thank you all for making this a truly special event. Highly recommended!

I went to this place for a friend's birthday a few days ago, and from the planning with personalized suggestions to the realization of the party, everyone was so kind and helpful! The food was excellent, with top-quality cured meats and cheeses, as well as the mushroom risotto! I'm from Gussago and will always be happy to return to this wonderful place, made up of people who make a difference! A round of applause for Mr. Mino! Well done everyone!

22/02/2026: From the outside, this is one of those places you wouldn't give the credit it deserves when you sit down and start enjoying your meal. Quality ingredients are handled by a person, Naty, who revisits and cooks with passion. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to dessert, with homemade pasta and desserts. The staff is friendly and smiling, and can recommend the best options for food and drink. I highly recommend it.
02/01/2026: Discovered by chance on Google Maps while driving from Madonna di Campiglio to Bergamo. There were five of us, and we had a wonderful time: warm welcome, excellent service, and truly delicious food. They treated us like gods. Highly recommended!

01/10/2025: We've been there several times for pizza. The pizzas are nice and thin and all very tasty. The house wine was also very fair. The service team was super friendly and very quick. However, it must be said that at the end of September it wasn't that busy. We were extremely satisfied and would have come back a few more times if it hadn't been closed.
30/09/2025: Good food and pizzas 👍🏻 view, especially in the evening, TOP!
