Dal Ceppone Pizzeria Bar In Meta

If you’re in Meta come to this restaurant!!! The food and wine was amazing and our server George made it a night time and my girlfriend will remember forever.

Excellent pizza straight from the oven for a good price. We had a meter pizza for 5 people and we had a good meal. Great Margaritta and Aida! Nice and funny Giorgo who served us 👍

Since it was a local restaurant with no Korean reviews, I hesitated to visit at first, worried about racial discrimination. However, considering the high prices in southern Italy, I thought it would be rare to find a place with such reasonable prices, so I decided to visit. To sum it up, it was a really satisfying experience. When I entered the restaurant, the server was really kind and greeted me kindly, saying, “Hello~” because he knew we were Korean. I had been to Capri that day and was surprised by the high prices, but the prices were really reasonable. My friend and I each ordered a pizza, two bottles of beer, and arancini, which my friend added, for a total of five. When we ordered, the owner said, “Wouldn’t it be too little? How about ordering 50cm?” So we thought, “No, we’ll each eat, so it’s okay~” and ordered the most basic size, but when it actually came out, one pizza was the size of a Korean 8-slice pizza… It was really delicious and I could feel that the ingredients were really fresh. The pizza I ordered was a pizza with potato croquettes and Neapolitan sausages. The sausages were really delicious and the cheese was incomparably delicious compared to Korea. However, the portion was too much for a woman to eat alone, and I think I ate half of it in a hurry… If two women ordered one pizza, the portion would be just right. Two pizzas, two bottles of beer, one arancini, and a seat came to 27 euros. Considering this level of quality and quantity, I think this is a restaurant with a good price-to-performance ratio that is rare in southern Italy. In addition to the staff who served us, the people in the kitchen and the people who paid were all very kind. If I had to pick one regret, it would be that there were a lot of burnt parts at the ends of the pizza…? But I don’t like the ends of pizza, so I didn’t eat them, so it was okay. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m writing this because I hope more Korean travelers will find out about this restaurant. If your accommodation is nearby, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to visit at least once!

This is a famous local pizza place! I was surprised at how delicious the arancini was. It was only 1.5 euros, but it was better than what I had in Rome. If you just eat the pizza shown in the picture and drink beer, you can have dinner for less than 10 euros... The pizza was really big, so I couldn't eat it all, so I took it to go. Above all, the owner is really kind! He was the kindest server among the restaurants I went to in Italy. I think I'll miss this restaurant so much when I go to Korea. I don't usually write Google reviews, but I'm leaving a review because this was the best restaurant. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to a local pizza place :)

Ceppone is an undisputed staple of local gastronomy, understood as pizza, baked goods and rotisserie, among which the crocche' (or croquét if you prefer!) and the stuffed "sciurilli" stand out! It lacks parking, but with just a few minutes' walk it can be easily reached from any direction!

Very tasty and affordable cafe! The service was so nice we were served by a man and a woman, and they were both so smiley! For 40 euros we got 2 piccola pizzas, 2 arancini, and also some mozzarella, and they were definitely not piccola at all 😂 I really recommend going to places like this instead of touristy ones where they charge you double for worse quality food. Vinimos a Meta una semana de luna de miel. Pasamos por este lugar varias veces y finalmente decidimos darles una oportunidad. ¡Oh wow! La mejor pizza y bruschetta de todo nuestro viaje. Deliciosa y fresca. Este lugar es extraordinario.

Pedimos pistachos y ganchillo mortadela como aperitivo, pizza capricciosa - 50 cm y para el mejor fin - pistacho suffle y limoncellos! Fue la mejor experiencia italiana en Meta! La comida era increíble! 🫶🇮🇹 Recomiendo encarecidamente la mejor calidad, al mejor precio 👌 El servicio era increíble y muy cálido, realmente triste solo por una cosa que encontramos Dal Ceppone el último día de nuestra visita en Meta
