Dal Bolognese Milano is my favorite spot for real Italian food. Everything tastes fresh and full of flavor. The Melanzana Parmigiana is the best I’ve ever had—soft, rich, and perfect. Also the Veal Milanese is a MUST.
Warm service and classic style make every visit feel special. A true Italian gem.
Try to be sited in the Sunny garden if the weather is good!

We have been travelling to Rome, Florence and Cinque Terre and are now in Milan. This Ristorante gets our first prize for the pasta dishes for their quality, deliciousness and freshness. The restaurant has a pleasant quality to its ambience. The service was at a relaxed pace which assisted in the savouring of each dish. The deserts were also quite delicious and we tried 3 different dishes. The only disappointment was because it was a rainy day we left our expensive umbrella in the bin inside the front door for wet umbrellas and it appears a patron stole it on their departure. Don’t leave expensive umbrellas in that container.

I went to Dal Bolognese on 05/05/2024 with a prior reservation. The gastronomic experience was excellent, the menu offers a varied selection of typical Milanese dishes, all very well executed, in an elegant and welcoming environment. However, the service left something to be desired. We were served by a lady with glasses and a bun, whose behavior was extremely rude and unfriendly, completely at odds with the standard of hospitality expected in a restaurant of this level. For this reason, my rating will not be maximum. I hope that other customers have a more positive service experience on future visits to Dal Bolognese.

One of those classic Italian restaurants that you have to know about. Our friend in Milan took us there.

Cosa ve lo dico a fare, ristorante storico della Milano da bere, da sempre sinonimo dello stare bene e del mangiare bene, splendido locale in pieno centro a Milano, ogni tipo di antipasto, dai fiori di zucca ai crostini alle acciughe ai salumi, ogni tipo di pasta e noi ci siamo festeggiati con i tagliolini al tartufo, meravigliosi, e poi dolci per finire. Serata bellissima, grazie a Paolo.
