We received recommendation after recommendation and were so satisfied! Handmade tortellini with spinach and ricotta is a repeat favorite! Took meatballs with curry and rice so my husband was completely lyrical! So good and unexpected as it doesn't sound like it tastes! I was most curious about the combo with curry. 😁 Paolo who took care of us is very nice and we got one last lunch before we go home with magical flavors from Dal Bolognese!

I'd always heard good things about this restaurant, frequented by Milan's elite, VIPs, and influencers, so I had high expectations. I can't say the food isn't good, nor that the menu isn't extensive and the dishes are tasty—quite the opposite. However, I found the wait outside in the rain to be very rude. Granted, the reservation was for 12:45 and the restaurant opens at 12:45, but I think it should be noted when booking, or at least a provision should be made to allow entry if you arrive early. Furthermore, the cloakroom being so close to the kitchen makes outerwear unwearable, unless you're carrying a trail of ragù (which is delicious, but not on your coat).

I've never eaten ravioli this good. The artichokes are out of this world. My wild strawberries to finish. Everything is amazing!!! It's worth it!!!

The dishes, from what we tried, were really average: the zucchini flowers were very salty, the meatballs were undercooked, and the cutlet was good. The waiters were not friendly, and the atmosphere was nice.

We had lunch at Dal Bolognese and unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the reputation. The service was slow and not attentive, and the staff only became friendly after I tipped at the end. The veal Milanese was disappointing — probably the worst I’ve had. The bresaola and the pasta dishes were the only highlights.

22/02/2026: We felt welcomed; a very pleasant atmosphere with typical Milanese dishes. Excellent lunch, particularly polite waiters. Prices in line with the city. Parking 🅿️ very convenient. We'll be back in the evening!
17/02/2026: Returning from a doctor's appointment with my dad, we're tempted by the chalkboard outside that reads "fixed menu 13 euros." On impulse, we stop. The place is beautiful and quaint, and the service is good. We order a full menu and a main course. We also order two medium beers, one dessert, and two coffees. Everything is perfect except for the final bill of 56 euros, which seems excessive considering the price. ---------------- I'll reply to the owner in fairness: no one wants to eat for free, but rather pay a fair price based on what you consume. If I add together the 26 euros for the two menus (from which neither water nor a starter we didn't order was deducted) and see an additional 30 euros for two beers/two coffees/and one dessert, writing that the bill is "excessive compared to the price" means that, in my opinion, the bill is expensive for what I ate.

01/01/2026: On December 24th I would like to point out an excellent welcome and excellent service especially from Mrs Maria Luisa, very kind and knowledgeable
30/12/2025: I live nearby, and I always go there for delicious bread. As soon as you walk in in the morning, you can smell the freshly baked bread, moving on to the homemade pastries, cakes, and brioches. On Sunday mornings, it's FANTASTIC. FOR APERITIFS, you can ask for anything and they'll be happy to accommodate you. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. In short, a place where you can meet other people. A cool place, like being in the center of Milan.
