Food here was exceptional and nice atmosphere. The lasagne and carpaccio was incredible. Service, however, was horrible. Our waiter, Martin, a small(go figure) man was a very rude person. He was clearly giving better service to locals and people who spoke Italian. I had to ask for things multiple times. I don’t know if he’s racist, - loser or both. It was the only restaurant I didn’t tip the waiter at.

One of the iconic restaurants of Rome today. You can breathe Romanity at every table. Relaxed, friendly and impeccable service. The food was excellent, tasty, refined but genuine, without unnecessary frills. Eating here is a joy and an experience for a complete Roman holiday.

View of Piazza del Popolo, we go there every year and the quality remains the same. Prices are high as you would expect for where this restaurant is located. The food is very good and the service pleasant and fast. A safe address!

Veniamo spesso a pranzo ed è sempre piacevole, l’atmosfera che si respira qui è speciale, i Camerieri sono molto professionali e il servizio veloce. Solo i tavoli un po’ troppo vicini nella sala principale. Antipasti, primi e dolci ottimi.

Recently went with our family, including two kids elementary aged, and our experience was good! Other reviews for taking kids here are very mixed, and I was worried because other reviews were not positive about the service, but we had a really nice experience with both the kids and the service. We sat outside, the staff was very friendly but it is a formal restaurant so I think some reviews are mistaking formality for snobbery, and that was not our experience. The staff were very kind to our kids and helped them order in Italian. The best part of Dal Bolognese is the dessert menu! It was the most extensive and delicious dessert menu, so many kudos to their pastry chef because it is apparent they have a true pastry chef. We agreed that for dinner the price was much higher compared to the other dinners we had in Rome that we felt were similarly delicious....but the desserts at Dal Bolognese were incomparable! Be sure to save room!

Shrimp risotto was anemic; didn't taste shrimps in it. Spaghetti tonnarelli had far too much pepper.

El ambiente es realmente genial, los clientes agradables y una posible estrella de cine estaban allí el día que fui. Parece un lugar donde la gente rica va. La comida es buena y la carta de vinos es enorme.

26/05/2025: This restaurant was reccommended to us by our Airbnb host and we were so glad we came here. Colline Emillane certainly earns its reputation as the best restaurant in Rome and we felt so lucky to get a reservation at this coveted Michellin-rated spot. I cannot say enough about just how high quality the food is. It is cooked to perfection with only the freshest ingredients. The pumpkin ravioli might be one of the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten in my life and the pasta's texture was mouth watering. I loved how manageable the portion sizes were; you get plenty of food, but not so much that you feel gross after and it tastes so clean. This restaurant was exactly what I pictured when I was planning an authentic and memorable Italian meal. I hope to return one day and experience this incredible food again. It was a welcome addition to our Italy trip and made our time there special! It was a privilege to eat at my first Michellin restaurant and it was well worth it!
