As a pizza chef, I'm always curious to try new pizzerias, and I have to say this one really surprised me. The dough was light and well-leavened, with an inviting aroma as soon as it arrived at the table. The fresh, high-quality ingredients were evident in every bite. It's rare to find a pizza made with such care and passion. My sincere compliments to whoever works behind the oven! The menu is also very varied, catering to everyone's tastes: from traditional classics to more contemporary recipes. We'll definitely be back!

I went with my family on a weekday. The burgers, pizza options, and fried polenta were excellent. Frankly, the portions were modest for the price. The desserts were a sore point: very expensive and not particularly excellent. It would be worth reflecting on this.

It's been a while since we've been back, but we remember it well! Exceptional pizza!!! Light, just the right ingredients, not too much so you can finish it easily. Friendly staff... we won't make you wait that long before going back 😅

Antica Trattoria da Romano dal 1936

23/04/2026: A trattoria in the Berici Hills, in a dated but overall not bad setting, with a lovely pergola outside where you can relax on summer evenings. I've always eaten here as a guest at weddings, baptisms, and confirmations, so I've had menus chosen by others, but I've always had very good food. Homemade food, well-made and beautifully plated.
