Servizio, disponibilità, qualità cibo e prezzo, tutto a 5 stelle piene!! Ottima esperienza. Salvia fritta in tempura e pizza- I 3 moschettieri (base pomodoro, crema pistacchio, mortadella e burrata). Ps: per renderla un po’ meno cremosa (avendo tra gli ingredienti la burrata che è già così di suo) avrei diminuito la quantità di crema pistacchio.

The "narration" of the pizzas is original and attractive, which already gives an idea of ​​the care and selection with which they are prepared: a short and concrete list, where the quality ingredients and the sense of combinations are exalted, for a dinner (in my case ) which becomes a real experience. Superlative pizza, with a high and soft crust, light, balanced in flavor and very digestible.
