Three friends. The only thing missing was Enrichetto, still recovering. We went to Dai Pennisi with a very delicate mission: to lift the spirits of a dear Inter fan friend, recovering from the tragic night in Munich. The challenge was tough, but the Pennisi team took to the field with a formidable attack: textbook pork shank, a hamburger with sausage that knocks out, and a provola-mushroom-sausage focaccia that probably put more pressure on Barella & company. Our dear Angelo was very happy and even forgot for a couple of hours about Aslani's entrance on the field at 70'. Excellent experience. We'll see each other again soon after all... the Champions League passes, the shank remains.

A really well-kept place, a cold cuts and cheese counter plus a butcher's shop with high quality products. I got a platter of cold cuts and cheeses plus a mix of meats. All really good quality. The meats are rich in flavor and cooked well. The mix is ​​nice and plentiful and worth the price. I wasn't able to finish it...with great regret. They have a wine list for all budgets, with fine wines, even very expensive ones. The average price is slightly higher than other trattorias but it is also a place frequented by many foreign tourists, so it's okay. The staff is kind and attentive. I spent €115 on a bottle of wine, a platter and a mixed grill for two people. But if you don't take the wine you'll be 20/25€ below. All in all it's not bad.

Antipasto superbo, la tartara del macellaio è una delle regina , quindi la porchetta per poi passare ai primi o i secondi di carne, superbo l’osso buco o la lingua , Tutto eccezionale da accompagnare da una carta di vini ricca e fatta di bottiglie selezionate di Etna rosso . Friendly welcome and buzzy atmosphere. I chose the mushroom pasta followed by the steak tagliata. Better than usual wines by the glass. Overall reasonable value. And friendlier than some of the local alternatives (eg Trattatoria Linguaglossa and VinEtna, which weren’t terribly welcoming).
