A really well-kept place, a cold cuts and cheese counter plus a butcher's shop with high quality products. I got a platter of cold cuts and cheeses plus a mix of meats. All really good quality. The meats are rich in flavor and cooked well. The mix is ​​nice and plentiful and worth the price. I wasn't able to finish it...with great regret. They have a wine list for all budgets, with fine wines, even very expensive ones. The average price is slightly higher than other trattorias but it is also a place frequented by many foreign tourists, so it's okay. The staff is kind and attentive. I spent €115 on a bottle of wine, a platter and a mixed grill for two people. But if you don't take the wine you'll be 20/25€ below. All in all it's not bad.

I went to dinner at the Pinnisi two out of three evenings of my stay in Lingaglossa and I was very happy. Exquisite food, peaceful surroundings and amazing staff. Thanks again to Gerarda's kindness and professionalism :)

We visited this place to order two sandwiches for takeaway and were warmly welcomed and professionally served by an elderly yet very kind woman, Angelina. She thoughtfully recommended and prepared our sandwiches, creating an atmosphere of coziness and sincere pleasure. Thank you, Angelina, for your smile and such pleasant service.

We found this gem through guide Michelin and were not disappointed! Loved the food soooo much, ordered a lot for lunch , drank several bottles of wine and cancelled our dinner reservation - highly recommend!

E tra formaggi salumi salsiccia “ al ceppi” trovi gusto e professionalità . Antipasto superbo, la tartara del macellaio è una delle regina , quindi la porchetta per poi passare ai primi o i secondi di carne, superbo l’osso buco o la lingua , Tutto eccezionale da accompagnare da una carta di vini ricca e fatta di bottiglie selezionate di Etna rosso . Tutto perfetto che non può che farci ritornare al più presto .

Friendly welcome and buzzy atmosphere. I chose the mushroom pasta followed by the steak tagliata. Better than usual wines by the glass. Overall reasonable value. And friendlier than some of the local alternatives (eg Trattatoria Linguaglossa and VinEtna, which weren’t terribly welcoming).
