⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Risto Pizzeria Dai Borboni – Turin Located just steps from Piazza Castello, in one of Turin's central streets: a truly convenient and pleasant location. The pizza is very good, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The service is friendly, although it could be better organized during busy periods. Overall, a good experience: recommended pizza and an excellent location for a casual dinner in the city center.

We stumbled upon it by chance, intrigued by the banner on the street, "Contrada dei Guardinfanti," and it was love at first sight. The restaurant's name says it all, and my two friends and I introduced ourselves as "Bourbons." Through laughter and chatter, we met Marianna and her two brothers who run this welcoming restaurant, rediscovering our shared roots. The menu offers a choice of a few dishes (four for each course), but they're surprising: Neapolitan tradition married with Piedmontese (for example, the excellent braised beef in Aglianico) or revisited (linguine with truffle and raw shrimp, cannoli filled with ricotta and mascarpone). There's a wide selection of wines, but I stuck with the superb Aglianico from Le Janare. We returned three nights and were never disappointed. Last but not least.... Don't forget the pizza, which I highly recommend (and the tiramisu too!!!)

We had a memorable time at Ristorante Dai Borboni, located on Via San Tommaso in Turin, a place that is both welcoming and authentic! To begin with, the burrata was absolutely delicious, perfectly fresh. The cheese platter was generous and flavorful, and the truffle pasta my daughter tried was simply incredible. An explosion of flavor! But what really stood out from the experience was the exceptional kindness of the waitress. She interacted with my daughter in a touching and genuine way, playing with her and sharing moments of laughter. They even kindly offered her a glass of syrup. This kind of thoughtfulness makes all the difference and transforms a good meal into an unforgettable memory. I've been coming to this pizzeria with my wife for years, or we get takeout, since we live a block away. And I can say that the quality has improved dramatically over the years, while the prices have remained reasonable. I appreciate that the menu offers a limited number of good pizzas; we've tried all the vegetarian options several times, and it's always a triumph of flavor. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a takeout, not to mention that the times we've stopped in for dinner, everything has always been excellent. Nothing to envy of the trio of ultra-famous pizzerias on Via XX Settembre. And above all, you'll never find pineapple pizza here! Keep up the good work, guys!

I had a pizza for dinner. It's good and the ingredients are fresh but in my opinion it's too loaded especially with mozzarella which has released too much water making the dough hard to digest and soft. Attentive and kind staff
