​The cutlery was the first thing I noticed. It showed significant wear and tear, covered in visible dents and scratch marks. The attached photo isn't even the worst example from the evening—there were far worse pieces. While I haven't been to many fine dining places, I've honestly never seen tableware in such bad shape even at ordinary restaurants, which is disappointing given the high price point. ​On the plus side, the service staff were attentive, efficient, and well-trained.

I had high expectations for Davittorio, but it was a bit disappointing as it was far from the classic style I was familiar with.😭 Still, I'm glad I got to try the signature Paccheri.. (Above all, the wine prices are outrageous. Searcher is at least 2 to 3 times higher.)

Perfect birthday What can I say? High expectations All met 🔝

Everything is excellent, yet I always wonder what satisfaction there is, beyond the temporary satisfaction of the palate, in paying thousands of euros for a dinner for a few people.

An experience you must have at least once in your life. Everything is meticulously curated, every word is superfluous. A must-try. It will remain in your heart forever.

It's a one-of-a-kind experience. There are other restaurants of the same caliber in Italy, but I think they have something extra. Everything was exactly as I expected. Superlative. Wonderful location, excellent service, and sublime food. The bill comes naturally. The only regrettable thing I have to say is that we had arranged over the phone to have at least a candle on the dessert, since it was my mother's birthday. Unfortunately, we didn't receive one. And then, that evening, the other tables celebrating their birthdays were served dessert with a candle and a cute balloon, while I wasn't even offered this option at the time. Well, that will remain a mystery. Regardless, this is a restaurant you absolutely must try at least once in your life.

It's one of Italy's great restaurants. Gastronomic savvy, hospitality, tradition. All in the hands of a family, the Cerea family, who this year celebrates their 60th anniversary.
