The grounds are very well maintained, especially the gardens, which are magnificent. However, the modern section near the pool is a shame: it clashes sharply with the original structure and doesn't blend in.
We had dinner in the three-Michelin-starred restaurant. The cuisine clearly doesn't live up to this standard: it lacks refinement, seems very commercial, and is rather ordinary. Furthermore, we were seated in a room where two tables had infants, which is unacceptable for a Saturday night in a restaurant of this caliber.
We spent the night there. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, but the bathroom is disappointing and really needs a complete renovation.
Finally, the service is overly intrusive: the staff is friendly, but lacks discretion and tries to do far too much. In conclusion: it certainly doesn't deserve three stars and is therefore far too expensive for what it is!

A beautiful, typical Ligurian restaurant, although not adequately cleaned (we found pieces of breadsticks and a dirty fork on the floor under the table: I've attached a photo).
The service was very attentive and attentive, but our experience involved a waiter who was quite touchy with us and the tables next to us.
The renowned, award-winning soup was good, but the portion was meager for €32. The other dishes were good; the traditional focaccia didn't disappoint, and the same was true for the trofie al pesto.
On a personal note: we witnessed the scene where the old owner's son was rude to his father. It wasn't pleasant to see or hear.
My experience at Da Vittorio is one you'll never forget. I've stayed at the hotel twice, once with my son when he was 1 and then 2, and both experiences were spectacular. Strolling through the vineyards and feeling that family atmosphere is unique.
The breakfast is incredible, among the best teams I've ever seen. And both at lunch and dinner, the service is impeccable yet warm: Chicco, Bobo, and the whole family make you feel at home.
It's not your typical Michelin-starred restaurant; it's practical, authentic, and they understand you. One evening, they even adapted the entire menu for us to a lighter version without any problem.
One of my favorite restaurants in the world. I'll be back every year.

Going to Da Vittorio isn't just a meal; it's an experience worth having at least once in your life, especially for a special occasion.
Of course, being a 3-Michelin-star restaurant, the prices are high, but the quality and hospitality justify every penny. Although the restaurant maintains its classic style and hasn't changed over the years, the atmosphere remains magical and the staff is always super friendly.
The best moment? When Enrico Cerea personally came to our table to ask how we were enjoying ourselves. He was incredibly kind and even agreed to take photos with us: a touch of humility that only the greats possess. The food is beyond discussion... simply delicious!!!!!!!!!!
