Arriving from Da Vittorio, the spectacular entrance alone... a very elegant but welcoming place, like feeling at home... The welcoming home with very kind, friendly and helpful staff... what can I say, we had dinner for a birthday and it was a real discovery, an extraordinary culinary experience. A special thank you goes to Elia and all the staff who pampered us throughout the evening... a restaurant with the recognition of three Michelin stars but which make you feel part of this beautiful family, a classy atmosphere, but which put you at your own ease. Thanks especially to the landlady who is always available, present but never intrusive. Definitely an experience that we will never forget, but one that I will definitely come back to. Thank you all for making this birthday special 🌟🌟🌟

ero stato da Vittorio tanti anni fa quando era a Bergamo alta e avevo mangiato benissimo. Il cibo proposto oggi non riscontra il mio gusto: troppo elaborato,pieno di cremine in ogni piatto,poco naturale.Il piatto piu' gradito anche se leggermente acidino il pacchero al pomodoro; avrei preferito meno sugo e piu' dei 4 paccheri serviti.Buone le alici i cannoncini e il panettone. Molto gentili i titolari e buon servizio Location adibita al Natale in modo superlativo. Prezzi nella media degli stellati.

È stata una serata indimenticabile dal inizio fino alla fine. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente e offerto un bell’aperitivo comprendendo uno spumante trentinodoc e stuzzichini. Entrati nella sala da pranzo ci siamo aspettato di essere stupiti e non siamo rimasti delusi. Abbiamo scelto il menù di degustazione Da Vittorio classico, basendo di pesce abbinato con un buonissimo vino scelto con l’aiuto del sommelier, Andrea. Tutto è stato ottimo, comprendendo il sevizio impeccabile. In somma una serata da ricordare.

quando si entra in un locale del genere i commenti diventano quasi superflui. A mio parere un percorso in un ristorante del genere è un'esperienza che va fatta una volta nella vita. Fantastico.

11/02/2025: I'll start my review by saying that the experience is definitely worth repeating. Refined and relaxing atmosphere. Very kind and discreet waiting staff. Balanced and very well presented dishes. The pigeon proposed with different cooking methods exceeded our expectations. Lots of choice on the wine list. Compliments to all the staff!
10/02/2025: We had the great fortune of trying this tavern a few evenings ago. The venue appears elegant and refined. The tables far apart from each other give the feeling of enjoying an intimate moment. The lighting in the very center of the table is beautiful, as if to underline the importance of the culinary experience and not of the surrounding environment, as if the table were the theater of great works. We tried the Vit.Ale tasting menu, which contains the more experimental spirit of the two chefs, with a pairing of three recommended glasses to match the dishes. Each course was truly an experience, strong and highly refined flavours, unthinkable but very well balanced combinations. Service for 10, all the girls in the room were excellent, both for the presentation of the dishes and wine and for the attention at all times, always present but never absolutely intrusive. Total cost €350. Really congratulations!
