For the second time, Ventura Catering confirmed its extraordinary quality and reliability, this time for our son Leonardo's eighteenth, an event that we organized with Dario. Once again, his professionalism and attention to detail made the difference. The standard of food was excellent, as was the case for the first event. Each dish was prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients, the variety offered satisfied all tastes with options that satisfied even those with particular dietary needs. For the eighteenth, a dynamic and tasty menu was created that satisfied everyone, from the youngest to the adults. Among the specialties, the sushi island, all the menus offered in the various islands were highly appreciated, even the desserts, fresh and creative, aroused enthusiasm. The quality of service was impeccable. The Ventura catering team managed the buffet and table service with great efficiency, without ever neglecting smiles and courtesy. The organization was, as always, impeccable. Ignazio, Dario and the whole team arrived early to set up the area, managing everything in an orderly and precise way. During the event, every phase was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the arrangement of the dishes to respecting the deadlines. The coordination with Dario was perfect and excellent, adapting to the specific requests of each event. In both events, the atmosphere was relaxed and stress-free, thanks to their great professionalism. Ventura Catering and all its staff have once again confirmed themselves as an excellent choice for important events. Thanks to the quality of Ignazio's food and the perfection of Dario's organization, which contributed significantly to making Giorgia and Leonardo's eighteenth birthdays memorable.
