Ristorante da Robertino impresses with its rustic yet charming ambiance. The decor is simple yet inviting, and as the evening progresses, a more intimate atmosphere develops – not least because many locals dine here. This gives the restaurant an authentic and very pleasant atmosphere. The service was consistently good. The team was friendly, attentive, and well-organized. Both the taking of orders and the serving of the food were carried out at a pleasant pace – neither rushed nor too slow. We felt well looked after all around. We were well looked after in terms of cuisine: For starters, we enjoyed mussels and fried sardines – both very fresh and aromatic. The first course, spaghetti vongole with bottarga, was excellently seasoned. The main course was fried sea bass, which impressed with its tender texture and intense flavor. The menu was accompanied by a Sardinian Vermentino di Gallura, which paired perfectly with the fish dishes. The value for money is excellent – ​​especially considering the quality of the ingredients, the excellent preparation, and the relaxed atmosphere. Summary: A great restaurant offering authentic Sardinian cuisine at a fair price in a pleasant, lively environment. If you appreciate good food and want to experience the real Sardinia, this is the place for you. A definite recommendation! The food is delicious. The best risotto I have ever eaten in my life. The only minus is the unclear menu. The menu says that risotto costs €22 and is available for min. 2 people, but when paying it turned out that we paid €44, which I think is misleading to the customer.
