I recommend trying this restaurant, where excellent cuisine, attentive and ever-present service, and a warm welcome combine to create a winning result. We had a pleasant evening, with "classic" dishes, as the chef calls them, that delight, where tradition and innovation blend to create an experience you'll want to repeat. From appetizer to dessert, it's a journey worthy of top marks. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, with an exquisitely maintained exterior. Special mention goes to the details during service, which make all the difference. We had the pleasure of speaking with the chef, a young but passionate chef who has a wonderful experience. Congratulations to everyone. Just one observation: a little background music would make everything even more magical. Highly recommended! We'll be back soon.

I had lunch at Da Rinuccio and I must say it was a truly memorable experience. From the first moment, I was greeted with great courtesy and attention by the very friendly owner. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and always attentive, without ever being intrusive. You can immediately sense the passion and care they put into their work.
But the real surprise was the cuisine. Chef Silvio Iacuzza impressed me deeply. You can clearly see his obsessive attention to detail, his selection of top-quality ingredients, and his constant pursuit of uncompromising quality. Each dish tells a story, every ingredient is in the perfect place.
I was greeted with sesame breadsticks made by the chef, truly delicious, along with bread served with a wide selection of oils.
I started with the "La Torretta" appetizer, an interesting and creative reinterpretation of parmigiana that surprises both in its aesthetics and its balanced flavors. Alongside, a rich and flavorful "arancinotto" opened the meal with an authentic and delicious note.
The incredible first course, mezze maniche with creamed leeks, vegetables, almond flakes, and fine herbs, was a true explosion of flavor: delicate, harmonious, well-constructed, with a striking combination of textures and aromas.
For the second course, veal cheek with parsnip cream and mugnoli mushrooms. Tender meat and deep, enveloping flavors—a truly refined interpretation.
The dessert was simply brilliant: a strawberry gelato, mimicking Mount Etna, served on a salted chocolate pastry reminiscent of volcanic sand and finished by the chef himself with delicious balsamic vinegar. A surprising and delicious finale.
And then there's the location, which is truly unique: seven hectares of woodland, an extraordinary ecosystem immersed in the Etna Park. The garden is meticulously maintained, brimming with herbs, plants, and flowers that the chef collects and enhances in his dishes. It's a place that reconnects you with nature, where everything, from the landscape to the table, speaks the same language: that of beauty and authenticity.
Da Rinuccio is much more than a restaurant: it's a place where you can enjoy a true sensory experience, blending flavor, hospitality, and nature. I will definitely return, and I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone seeking something special, profound, and sincere.

Lunch in absolute peace. We didn't know what to expect, but we were greeted attentively and kindly. We read the menu, accompanied by a flawless focaccia and excellent olive oil. We "created" a tasting menu starting with a tartare that was delicate and balanced in flavor. The hazelnut sweetly complemented the meat and balsamic vinegar.
Continuing with a dish of macaroni with meat sauce that took us back to our grandmother's house.
Last but not least, the pork shank, which we carved with a fork, accompanied by a light vegetable and a sauce that required mopping up the sauce.
Not only was the food good, but the service impeccable. From the attentiveness of the napkin that fell to the floor, to the choice of wine, to the chef who kindly and attentively assisted us every step of the way. Thank you for giving us this dream.
