Siamo tornati al ristorante "Rinunccio" dopo qualche anno e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Il servizio è stato rapido ed efficiente, con un personale attento e cortese. Ogni portata è stata preparata con cura, dimostrando l'attenzione ai dettagli e alle esigenze del cliente. Complessivamente, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva che ci ha lasciato pienamente soddisfatti. Torneremo sicuramente!

Veramente ottimo cibo, ingredienti locali e di qualità, oltre che innovazione e gusti davvero ben combinati. Servizio gentilissimo e location alle pendici dell'Etna molto bella.

We arrived at this restaurant from Rinuccio, found by chance through Google, without a reservation and Veronica welcomed us. They welcomed us by bringing us, in addition to bread and breadsticks, a truly excellent focaccia with caramelized onion. Then we ate some excellent french fries and the truly delicious trofie with pistachio and bacon. Finally, the house dessert is excellent: a chocolate sponge cake with homemade blackberry ice cream. I want to underline Veronica's kindness, professionalism and above all politeness. I will recommend the place and will definitely come back

My family and I came to this restaurant out of curiosity because we always saw so many people coming and I didn't expect to find such high quality dishes! The shank was delicate and very tender - it came off the bone easily. The tiramisu, on the other hand, was just the right amount of sweetness and just the right amount of bitterness. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

We came across this fantastic oasis by chance on one of the slopes of Etna, the restaurant is surrounded by an abundance of well-kept greenery, wonderful broom and typical lava stone. The interior is also treated in detail with taste and elegance and with a strong Sicilian identity. The staff is very attentive to every detail, the dishes have, in my opinion, the double quality of being simple but with a very precious and refined raw material. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience excellent cuisine surrounded by the tranquility of the place!
