We visited Rinuccio a Milo and it was a wonderful experience. We ate traditional Sicilian dishes with a refined twist, all delicious and with attention to detail. The staff and chef were extremely kind and efficient, making us feel welcomed and pampered.
The restaurant is located in a truly enchanting location, surrounded by nature and with a marvelous view of Mount Etna. A place that combines excellent food, friendliness, and the beauty of the landscape. Highly recommended!

Ristorante Da Rinuccio is a renowned osteria located in Milo, on the slopes of Mount Etna, on Via Mareneve.
It is renowned for its authentic Sicilian cuisine and welcoming atmosphere surrounded by greenery.
Traditional Sicilian and Mediterranean dishes are served, with a focus on local ingredients. Specialties include: Trofie with pistachio cream and crispy bacon, and Macaroni with Nebrodi pork ragù and fennel.
Second courses include slow-cooked pork shank and sliced cubed roll with mixed salad.
The excellent ingredients used and the friendly, attentive staff are impressive.
Also recommended for its location, the lush greenery surrounding the rustic restaurant, and the view of Mount Etna.

A gourmet restaurant, typical of a 5-star restaurant, at the foot of Mount Etna, which doesn't justify a menu that appears sparse, even if it's presented in a certain way and of good quality.
In our opinion, the variety is lacking, except for the dishes described, and, for example, there's no mixed roast.
We chose the appetizer for two, €40, thinking it was adequate, but it turned out to be sparse and paltry for the price.
The prices are inflated, for a less than 5-star experience. Another negative is the €3.50 cover charge.

It was delicious, and the ambiance made the afternoon perfect. We highly recommend the restaurant, and the prices match the dishes. It's no more expensive than in the tourist centers, but the food is cooked with much better heart and passion.
