Service requires a bit of patience. The food is decent; there's no children's menu, but they'll tell you about it upon request. Very tasty!

Excellent food at Da Piero! The tuna tartare appetizer was fresh and delicious, and the grilled octopus was perfectly prepared. The crowning glory: a tiramisu that was probably the best of my life. Top-notch service and excellent value for money – a clear 5 stars!

We had a lovely dinner here. The food was excellent albeit a little retro in style (as we have found in a number of smarter restaurants on Elba - lots of purées / arty smears etc). Good wine list and lovely setting too - a really warm, welcoming room - beautifully lit and stylishly done. We were very well looked after by Sophie and all staff were friendly and efficient.

The place is truly worth it, but there's a but...
First of all, I gave all categories 5 stars because the atmosphere and location are fantastic, and the food is truly good: I had the mixed raw fish, which was nothing short of superb, and the service was impeccable. What was a bit off-putting was the little cookie, which was delicious, but they put it there without you asking for it, and then you end up with it on the bill for €2 each... I spent almost €170 for two, and the price is fair for the quality; it's not that €4 that makes the difference... but if you put two little cookies there without me asking, you won't charge me for them...

Unfortunately, I was full and didn't have room for dessert 🤣

If I may say, the only downside is the road to get there; parking is hard to find nearby, so it's quite a walk to get there.

Lunch and dinner, everything was perfect. Carefully prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and top-notch staff. When I walk into a restaurant and see the joy in everyone's eyes as a customer arrives, I say, "This is my place." It's just a shame that everything on Elba is a bit pricey.

Probably one of the best restaurants on Elba Island. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well, be greeted with a warm welcome, and try unique desserts. Access is via a road that's well signposted, even at night. There's no parking, but there are plenty of public parking lots, making it easy to get there on foot.
